Very well packed, with only one plant I was not able to use as it was very mushy and clearly not going to develop. I’m looking forward to my plants growing. The bulbs I had in the winter have been growing excellent, beautiful blooms, very well packed. Overall I’m pleased with this company.

Customer service has always been very good. There was one order that went astray but I recognise it was my mistake in the first place and so I had to pick up the £240 order from an address away from where it was needed. Plants are well packed and seem to be in good condition. My problem is that since Feb I’ve ordered >£600 of plants that I knew wouldn’t arrive until March/April, but now they’re all reduced in price - and three packs still haven’t arrived! I reckon I could’ve saved £60 if I’d waited until this past week to order my plants. I’ll never order early again, even if it means running the risk of not getting the plants I want.

I gave 4 that's just because bulbs came in a paper bag where the plugs came in plastic bags which just let it down,but apart from that plants came healthy and instructions, I will buy again from Farmer Gracy

I have bought a lot of bulbs and bare foot perennials. Nothing is flowering yet of course, but the delivery is swift and the information booklets that come with the order are very useful, not to mention the random discounts.

The plants and bulbs were in very good condition and well packed but the delivery time was too long. I like to start canna off in February but they did not arrive till mid March.

Hello, Summer bulbs are available to preorder from early December and we always ship the earliest orders first at the start of the shipping season in February. Orders placed between December and early February are shipping during February. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

I was disappointed that the bulbs arrived later than advertised. Never-the-less the bulbs and roots arrived in good condition and the packaging was thoughtful and carefully done, in spite of one root missing from the order!

I ordered bare root perennials on February - they too five weeks to arrive. Some of the order was wrong and half of the plants look dried out. ( I couldn’t be bothered to argue as o had asked for a refund abd Farmer gracy refused( and the bare root salvias were little more than plug plants in a bag of soil. I now have a mountain of plastic bags to throw into landfill. Don’t pretend to be environmentally friendly with that amount of plastic. Bare root season has finished - its dividing my perennials now. I will never buy from Farmer Gracy again.

Bulbs were of good size and appeared in good condition. My slight gripe would be that the bareroot plants were a little too far in growth and May emerging stems had snapped off

Hello, Bare root plants usually start to sprout in spring even when they haven't yet been planted. If any shoots are damaged on arrival, do please contact us by emailing customercare@farmergracy.com with some photos and we'll be happy to replace them for you if they do not seem viable. bulbs arrived well packed as usual all but 1 colacasia lava where firm hence 4 stars it was soft& mushy at the top .i will try to save it that apart all was fine .it was cold last week and was in transit for a while anyway happy growing this summer .

Delivery advice excellent as was the delivery itself. The packaging was very, very good too as the plants and bulbs suffered no apparent harm during their journey. The plants and bulbs looked very, very healthy and were planted immediately. The only reason that * Very Good was not ticked - one packet of 2 x 3 Thalictrum delavayi contained only one and one very small (as compared with the contents of the other packet) bare rooted plants. The second packet contained large, apparently healthy Thalictrum delavayi. However this will in no way stop us ordering from Farmer Gracy again.

I ordered various bulbs and bare root perennials in the spring sale. They seemed to take ages to come (despatch) , but now that they are here they are really good quality. The bRe roots in particular seem much better than equivalents I have seen locally - they look really alive and ‘juicy’ not all dried up like many I have seen. Can’t wait for them to grow

The product looked good, well packaged but the delivery company delivered it the wrong address. Slow response from them looking for it. Fortunately the neighbour 4 houses away who had received it brought it round.
