“They always arrive in good condition and in good time depending on the season. Useful information provided with the plants. All have gone on to provide healthy looking plants. In the past I’ve used several suppliers but Farmer Gracy is one of the best.”

“I waited for the package for weeks. I wrote to explain i was away for the last week in April. Received an acknowledgement but no reply. 2 days later received an email to say plants were on their way. We were in Cornwall. Given a window of 2-8 days. Eventually Evri said they would deliver on 30th April. We weren't back until 2nd May. Arranged parcel to be delivered to neighbours. Late on 30th April told parcel had arrived. Tracking photo showed a grey parcel bag being shoved into our letterbox which was now broken. This had no connection to our package and was not actually in the letterbox when we arrived home. Instead the large box of plants had been left on our doorstep. The temperature was 27°C that day. We arrived home 5pm 2nd May. I doubt any of the £70 worth of plants will thrive. Shockingly bad service and communication at every level. Tracking no H003AA0008651080.”

Hello, Caladiums usually take around 1-3 months to sprout in warm conditions (around 20C or above), they are tropical and must be started indoors. The bulbs should be planted very shallowly (no deeper than 1-2cm below the soil surface) with the knobblier/rougher side facing upwards and the smoother side facing downwards. https://www.farmergracy.co.uk/blogs/planting-care/caladium-planting-instructions If you are concerned that the bulbs have become soft then please feel free to reach out to the team and they will be happy to assist. “My first time buying from this site and was happy with delivery but unfortunately out of the 18 begonia corms I ordered only 6 have produced shoots. I treated them all the same so can’t u derstand why so many have failed.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. Begonias can sometimes take a surprising amount of time to come out of dormancy. Please note that they are not frost hardy so will need to be started off in a greenhouse or indoors in spring before they can be planted outdoors from May onwards.
