I ordered a Fancy Mix package and all the Bulbs came dry and moldy. I contacted Customer Service more than 1 week ago and did not get any feedback.

Colocasia Bulbs were much smaller than expected , have followed planting instructions to the letter , no sign of growth , one more week then I'll be needing either replacements or a refund

Hello, Colocasia bulbs require warm temperatures to sprout and usually take up to a month to show signs of waking up. Providing the bulbs were firm, they will be healthy. Order process and despatch confirmation all great but goods not received despite Hermes saying goods were delivered 10.3.21 at 23.59 ie midnight ! Checked door camera and can confirm no attempted delivery. Awaiting response from Farmer Gracy and Hermes but no response from either customer services as yet

Received bulbs , not as many as should have been had to wait several weeks and missed the growing season, unable to contact to rectify issue!!

Purchased 8 dahlia tubers, varied in quality but some tubers broken from main stem and others held on by a few fibres. l wait to see which produce healthy shoots.

I haven't had any plants showing any growth yet but I must warn against the HORRENDOUS delivery and duty involved.the charges could pay for 3 journeys to your garden centre.

We ship via hermes, if you have been requested to make an additional payment from another courier firm, this will not be related to the order you have placed with us. Didn’t get my point about on an e-mail, just offered me an discount on postage, poor effort. Felt let down, because I purchased early on bulbs what fundamentally done me over when final order came ready for picking, I wish I was told that I need to buy or pay for additional postage on available stocks at present, ultimately my final order wasn’t For-filled, due to farmer Gracy just selling out on items, instead of putting my purchased bulbs to one side or in the farmer Gracy bulb create I brought extra lol...... Says it all really.

I recently received some small bulbs, I must say I was very disappointed. The bulbs were not great quality soft and some had gone green with like a fungus on them. it has put me off ordering any more.

I received the two Agapanthus I ordered on Wednesday 3rd March. They were packed very well but on opening the Twister one roots/rhizomes were rotted instead of being fleshy. I have planted it up and hope can revive it. The Magnolia I ordered has not yet arrived.

Very disappointed with the pink peonies, in total I purchased 6 but only 1 is showing signs of life. I thought I must have done something wrong with the first 3 so ordered another 3 but just the same dead sticks. I’ll keep them and hope for a miracle! A lot of money for one plant though! Hope I have better luck with the poppies that arrived a week ago.

I have marked it poor because out the five tubers purchased only three were just about okay the other two were rotten and in bits, they are going to send me a new order without cost so I will judge these then.

I have put poor above because the the tuber were in a poor state out of the order for five tubers only three were just about okay the other two were in bits and rotten, after i complained I have been promised a new order so I hope these turn out to be okay I will comment on these after delivery.

Hello, We ship all varieties in our summer range between late February and May at the correct time for planting Hardy varieties can be planted straight outside between March and May. Tender varieties can be started indoors between March and late April, or stored in cool conditions and planted directly outside in early May. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care
