I ordered some perennials in packs of three and one pack only had two plants in it. Everything else was fine.

Tubers have been OK (nothing remarkable) but your bare rooted plants have not been great (sprouted and then been left to dry out and die? You prices are OK but the cost of shipping on top for an odd plant or two would push me back to other website and or garden centres where I can see the quality of what I'm getting.

I ordered a number of different bare root plants. They arrived safely and were well packaged. I was surprised at how small the plants were. At first I wasn’t sure there were any plants in the packets. They are now all planted up and I shall hope they all survive. I must admit that plants I have bought in the past have all thrived so fingers crossed these will be the same.

Lady in red fern has arrived as a bare root stock well packed with instructions. To small to dicern if there's any crosiers in the crown and only one dead one showing atm. potted it up and put it in the heated green house, fingers crossed. Astilbees much better plants good large crowns with plenty of roots not expecting any problems with these.

I bought 4 packs of mixed dahlia tubers for a garden display but was disappointed that they have not been labelled so will need to be transplanted when the flowers appear.

I would have given you five stars but I recently emailed you asking if you were going to have any Musa basjoo back in stock and you couldn’t even be bothered to reply to me which is not good for business. Also I wish you would bring the postage prices down a bit.

I purchased a 3 pack of white lily and only 1 grew . Also a pack of Mother’s Day begonias and I only had 1 of them strike. Not impressed with FG bulbs at all

The bulbs were absolutely fine, well we will know better in the Spring! I don’t like the charge for postage, it makes me think I should source them locally.

Hi there The bulbs I eventually received were quite damp & smelt musty. The 3 stars is for the courier you use - Evri! Not the best as they twice failed to deliver & had probably been sat in the van for a few days! The box was very wet. Thankfully your team sorted the issue & we’re very helpful.

Hello, Amaryllis bulbs typically sprout anytime between November and February. Providing the bulbs are firm, they will sprout when they are ready. You can encourage them to sprout faster if needed by moving them to a warmer position. Hello, We're very sorry to hear this. As the weather has been unsuitable for planting, the bulbs I ordered are still in their box so a review is not possible. I have been happy with the delivery being when it was promised and will give a full review later if required.

Hello, Some tulip varieties naturally grow from smaller bulbs than others, but all are supplied at a flowering size and you should enjoy a good display next spring. The delivery and packaging are always very good with each item labelled and named, however plants that I ordered in the summer only a couple flowered and I did complain at the time to which you responded for I think 2 items but the others all died off to which I was disappointed at but as everyone else had the same problems I decided to take it no further and see what happens next year with them, satisfied with the bulbs I have received
