Delivery etc is good. Well packaged plants. I am waiting for a reply to two emails regarding two different deliveries - one only yesterday which I don’t expect a reply to this quickly. The first query I had was about a very sad looking Hosta, my question being “why does it look like this?” I sent this about five days ago and am yet to receive a reply. Reason for 3 stars. Jennie

The dahlia bulb I received was small and one tuber is broken and separated. Another one is broken.

I have ordered quite a few times but these have to be the worst I've received. They are so small with massive long root's that won’t fit in a pot. I expected bigger buds considering they are meant to flower in the summer, we’ll see what happens

Disappointed with the size. One pack of alstroemeria only had two very small tubers in it. Too soon yet to comment on quality of eventual flowers but hopeful they will match the advertised picture. Ordering and delivery worked well.

Morning. Although I have generally been pleased with the products and the packaging of plants I have purchased, my last order with included a pink agapanthus has been very disappointing - it has died. Very upset daughter who is a 'agapanthusphile' if there is such a word!!

I ordered 2 bare root Astrantia Sparkling Stars Pink, which arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, there was a huge disparity in size and health, the large strong bare root is responding well to being potted on, the small weak one not so much. I have emailed to warn you I will be contacting you if the poor specimen fails. Could do better.

I’ve always enjoyed buying from FG but lately I’ve experience a reduced quality of some bulbs, some although planted has not come up, which is disappointing.

Bulbs and bare roots seem in good conduction some minor damages (I think). It would be nice to have some visuals/ pictures for first time buyers/ gardeners on how to put the bare roots into the soil. Not sure if I have them all the right way up. Fingers crossed something grows.

i ordered some bare root Astrantia and Sanguisorba plants and they all arrived labelled and alive Just planted up so hopefully they will do well The package however that they arrived in had been badly damaged and taped together which i am guessing happened in transit with Evrie . I wasn't very impressed with this but the plants didnt seem to suffer

The plants were well packaged and 75 o/o were showing shoots. 2 hostas and 1 agapanthus looked completely dead. The information that came with them didn’t indicate if this was normal, so I have planted them in the hope they spring back to life !!!

Despite having delivered two boxes of plants to our new address in Abingdon the one delivered yesterday was delivered to our old address. Please ensure you only deliver to our new address 162 Wootton Road, Abingdon OX14 1JZ. I now have to collect it a journey of 12 miles.

I bought some geums and they are all bare root. A few looked very strong. Others looked okay but a couple maybe 3 roots were very small with no sign of life and were the same variety, which I can't recall now! I potted them the day they arrived and will inspect them again tomorrow, hopefully, the ones that didn't look great will have some signs of growth.
