“The advice about defrosting could be a bit clearer, as we left the goose in the plastic bag in the fridge and it felt a bit wet and soggy to handle, although it cooked fine. There were still quite a number of feathers on the wings needing attention, which our previous supplier (now retired) never left on the bird.”

“Although the Goose was frozen in a straight body position, which made it difficult to put in a big enough tray & defrost in the fridge it could be cut to fit the tray & was delicious when cooked. It's the first time we have had Goose and we will be having it again still have loads of Goose fat & the carcass to make stock.”

“the condition on delivery was excellent. could not fault the superb packaging. i will re use it several times. i followed the cooking instructions meticulously and it was delicious. i thought it was expensive but it fed 8 on the day and it will feed another 5 as a curry tomorrow, so actually it was not expensive. thank you so much. i will be back. “I have come to rely on Farm2Fork for my meat, especially when it really counts like Christmas. Our turkey this year was as wonderful as ever, it cooks and eats superbly well, with dense, rich, moist meat from tip to tail. Thanks Ollie and the team for a great centerpiece for out Christmas table🎄”
