Ordered a goose for christmas, came when expected. notified it was on its way. Well packed and still frozen without being able to put in my freezer. Defrosted beautifully. Followed cooking instructions that came with it.
The bird was cooked to perfection and my goodness, the quality was exceptional. have nothing but praise for this company from ordering to eating.
Will be ordering again next year. Absolutely gorgeous.
