“I buy my chicken from you guys because you have great ethics in this upside down world. I feel it is our duty to support & buy from farms like yourselves as I do not agree with Supermarkets & Governments & the negitive effects they have on farming in the UK. I also strongly feel it is better to eat produce from places like yours rather than supermarkets. Keep up the good work & what you do. We think its fantastic along with the chicken we buy to eat from you.”

“The beef mince is excellent! Great for spag bol, cottage pie, savoury mince, curries and homemade burgers. Once you have tasted this beef mince you will be be coming back for more! This week I tried the brisket, it was sensational. I slow cooked it in the oven on a low heat wrapped in brown paper and a 1 inch water bath. The meat became soft and juicy. Try it, you will be happy you did.”

“I would have given you a better rating, but my reason for giving such a low score, was the fact that no one answered the phone,your only mode of communication is by email, and even when an email is sent to you, no one replies until days after, even though there’s a telephone number, no one answers, to be honest, I would never purchase anything from you again, your customer service is really bad, unreliable and unprofessional”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear that you felt disappointed by your experience. We are a small team, and alongside customer service we are also busy running the farm day to day, caring for livestock and preparing orders. Because of this, we’re not able to man the office or phone lines full time. Email is our primary method of communication, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible, often outside of normal office hours. I have checked our records and can see that your emails were received and replied to as soon as we were able. I appreciate that it would be preferable to always reach someone by phone, and I understand how frustrating it can feel when that isn’t possible. At present, though, as a small and busy team, we don’t have the capacity to provide full-time phone support. We do take customer service seriously and value all feedback, and I’m sorry that this aspect of your experience fell short of your expectations.

“Ordered a large goose which arrived on time. Absolutely delicious and fed 9 of us easily, although nothing left at the end! But we do all have large appetites!! Would highly recommend.”

“We always buy our meat from Farm2Fork as we’re committed to supporting farms which farms regeneratively and with high animal welfare values. Without exception it’s never disappointed and is always delicious! We very much enjoyed our second turkey this Christmas (and one of last year’s guests was so impressed she ordered one herself for this year. We regularly buy the beef shin for long, slow deliciously tender winter casseroles and often buy the whole chickens and chicken thighs. All equally delicious. The burgers have gone down a treat too! And all knowing that we’re doing our planet a huge favour and supporting a wonderful small business.”
