“Hello. For health reasons ( avoiding soya and corn) I purchased my first order with you. Wow, the chicken was fabulous- just like I remember as a child in South Africa. I also bought lamb and beef. Thank you so much for choosing to farm the way it’s supposed to be done. Your meat is tasty and, being lectin free, I know my health will improve. Btw, I’m working near Reading as a live-in carer, but I live near Bedford. Would you be able to deliver there? If not, I’ll find a farmer near me. But thank you again, we’ll done. I hope you can keep farming this way. 10/10!”

“Delivered on time, well packed - ice packs still frozen after 72 hrs. , size correct. Most importantly we all agreed it was probably the best goose we had ever had, tender succulent - the meat fell away from the bone and full of flavour. Excellent. We will be ordering for next year soon ! Drawback - not the cheapest but well worth the extra.”

“truly excellent goose, well farmed Farm2Fork! regarding the cooking time, we have a rather powerful oven with a fan and took the 5kg animal out after 90 min, and that was already on the upper end, so half the suggested cooking time. Why is that? The carving is either science or art - and we did not master either. I find it quite challenging to slice the meat off the carcasses. Any advice much appreciated. Thank you again and happy 2024”
