“A Great goose arrived just in time for Xmas after I sent a note to the sales team inquiring when it would come to our way on 20/12 as I suddenly realized I had not received a confirmation of the order except an email informing me my order was in process. Anyway all is well if ends well. It’s a bit pricey for £102 but the roasted goose was so popular I may consider to order again next year.”

“Arrived on the day, well packed, still chilled. Thawed. Rubbed with salt and bicarb. Refrigerated. Stuffed. Cooked for four hours at 160, 15 minutes at 200, tender, moist delicious with crisp skin and jars of goose fat.”

“Excellent quality produce. The goose was tasty, as always. Storage and cooking tips are much appreciated. Only downside is the amount of packaging required and occasional delivery delays.”

“The advice about defrosting could be a bit clearer, as we left the goose in the plastic bag in the fridge and it felt a bit wet and soggy to handle, although it cooked fine. There were still quite a number of feathers on the wings needing attention, which our previous supplier (now retired) never left on the bird.”

“There was good communication throughout, from purchase to delivery. Items were well packaged. All meats were of superior quality & tasted different from Supermarkets'. The delivery time was supposed to be the next day. I understood it as the day after the order was placed. But my goods arrived 2 days after the order which made it 3 days. Just 1 area of improvement. How do we dispose of the cold packs? Please include advice in the box to customers.”

“I love what this company are doing. I think people should try and eat meat less often and then ( if possible) spend on higher welfare meat. 4 stars - because some of my order arrived defrosted. Beef skirt prep. varied….. but amazing quality nonetheless! Keep up the good work!”

“Good but very expensive and need to explain clear for example if it’s chicken breast you need to say 760g for 2 breast instead of just 750g without saying how many piece/unit”
