“The Farer limited edition Eastern Arabic Curtis was my first piece over 1k. Part of the pilot series 2 collection and limited to only 100 watches. First thing I noticed when I got it in the metal actually wasn’t the Eastern Arabic numerals, it was how deep and rich the dark navy blue case and dial color was. It’s very endearing and the way it changes with different lighting is stunning. I was a bit worried it might feel like a novelty watch or a bit of a gimmick because of the Arabic script, but in person it’s actually very understated, the hour markers are more of a white cream than printer paper white and I think that plays into the restrained perception quite a bit. The very compact lugs (43mm l2l) make this watch a dream fit, I have 6.25 inch wrists and never typically go for 40mm case sizes but the l2l has this watch looking like an amazing fit in person. The pizza slice/fan blade/jet engine giiulloche dial is so playful and changing light and angles bring a consistently refreshing viewing experience. The sellita sw300-1 elabore has such a great feel when winding. Mine seems to have been regulated a bit faster than I’m happy with at +9 a day, but it is a consistent +9 despite differing wrist time (I don’t wear it to work, and about half the time I take it off for sleep) for example the last 5 days it has been +9.2, +9.2, +9.3, +9.2, +9.2. Honestly it’s kind of shocking how down to the millisecond consistent it’s been. I’ll probably just ask for tighter regulation during its first service. This watch also exudes what I can only describe as “quiet quality” it is just so well done and put together, the subtle attention to detail and finishing are great. One tiny thing that doesn’t bother me but could other people is that because it’s made from titanium and has a soft iron faraday cage, it is a pretty loud watch, not enough to notice unless you’re in a silent room and make a sharp wrist movement but I’d honestly say it’s probably a bit louder than a watch I have with a miyota 9039 which is renowned for its rotor noise. Even though the sw300 is objectively a quieter movement, case material matters more. Honestly I’m over the moon with this watch, truly a very fun GADA, I think pairs best with casual off day outfits, and elevates them quite a bit. It also absolutely has a wow factor but doesn’t seem to be trying to be loudest in the room visually. 9.5/10. I will be buying more from Farer in the future”

“I purchased the Farer Belzoni. The 35mm case sits perfectly on my wrist. The watch is very light, which I appreciate. The dial color is gorgeous. The leather strap is soft. The only issue is the teal colored number markers at 5 sec intervals gets swallowed by the dial color. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.”

“Happy return customer here. I just bought my third Farer watch, and it's every bit as delightful as the others. Over the years, I've learned to grab a design fast, while it's available, as the most beautiful models tends to be limited edition only. (Missed a couple good ones.)
