Had been looking at these watches for sometime and took advantage of a family trip south to book an appointment at their showroom in Warfield. We met with Paul and through the early conversation he explained he was one of the company owners, his passion and enthusiasm for the brand and their watches was infectious. Bought the Hecla Hunter Green Aqua Compressor early September and absolutely love it. The attention to detail and standard of finish is superb. Every aspect of the design is quite exceptional and the marriage of retro inspiration and modern design touches delivers an amazing watch. Constantly catch myself taking it off my wrist to admire. Couldn’t recommend it enough. We also got a sneak peak of the new Integra range and have ordered the Cuprum. Would add that the pictures really look great online but don’t do it justice, it’s an absolutely stunning watch! Keep up the amazing work.

"I fell in love with the Lissom - Balfour immediately while shopping for a new watch. The vivid blue numerals contrasted beautifully with the white cream dial, and the font of the numerals was perfect.\r\n\r\nThe watch shipped quickly and arrived shortly after, which is great for impatience but I didn\u2019t love not having a lower carbon option, just two day from the UK to USA. At any rate, I opened it and was immediately let down that all the blue (numerals and dials) were, in fact, nearly black. I only saw the blue when tilting the watch and getting light to glint off of it. I considered returning the watch because the blue I loved online almost didn\u2019t exist on the piece. Farer\u2019s response to my inquiry was informative, but unsympathetic.\r\n\r\nI opted to keep the watch, and I\u2019m having to fall in love with what it is instead of what I thought it was based on the website photos, and I\u2019m over it, but I\u2019m dismayed that the photos were misleading and that customer service didn\u2019t address that or seem to care."

"I've had my Farer Segrave III for a couple of weeks now and I am incredibly pleased with the watch.\r\nThe watch being a mono-pusher Chronograph and a GMT is a great complication and it also has a date which is a great feature too.\r\n\r\nThe service provided by Helena at Farer was also brilliant and she easily helped me with the questions I had.\r\n\r\nI bought the watch on the black St.Venere leather strap and also bought a black and an orange rubber strap too and I'm favouring the two rubber straps at the moment.\r\n\r\nAll in all a great watch which definitely looks far more expensive than it is.\r\n\r\nWell done Farer on a great time piece."

"Farer Bernina Chronograph - a lovely addition to my modest collection. My third Farer watch following the Milan tonneau and the Eddington moonphase, the Bernina typifies what I most enjoy with Farer watches - the attention to detail and the creative use of colour. The subtle white shades of the dial, subdials and enamel bezel work well with the bright red hands and typography, along with the splash of royal blue. From a functional point of view whilst this is not an automatic watch, the decent power reserve avoids that being an issue. I like having the third sub-dial with a chronograph measuring up to twelve hours. I just need a decent thunderstorm to put the rather teeny Telemetry scale to use. Given the motorsport theme, a racing strap would have been nice, although I do quite like the blue suede band. Overall I\u2019m very impressed with the Bernina."

"If you can be bothered to read all this, not only does it review the whole process but will waste 5 minutes of your life, which you\u2019ll never get back\u2026\ufeff\r\n\r\nI was looking to purchase a watch from a microbrand of the lower Thames Valley, so I shortlisted a couple of brands.\r\n\r\nI had previously seen Farer\u2019s website and had been impressed by their style and range.\r\n\r\nBooking a showroom booking was very easy and it didn\u2019t disappoint. Having been asked if there were any particular watches I was interested in, I replied that I was keen of 3 or 4 models, which were ready for viewing at my appointment.\r\n\r\nThe saleswoman was not at all pushy. She was knowledgeable but not to the point of reeling off every known fact about each timepiece.\r\n\r\nI hadn\u2019t made my decision by the time I left but I was certain that I\u2019d end up with one of their gorgeous pieces, so I decided on the Endurance Limited Edition and was not disappointed.\r\n\r\nIt\u2019s a subtle yet strikingly elegant watch. The website image doesn\u2019t really do it justice. It\u2019s gunmetal grey case and anthracite face may appear black at first glance but take a much closer look and this is more that a \u201cblack\u201d watch. In fact, I\u2019d say it was like an after dinner mint. A quality one. One that you\u2019d savour after a fine meal. It\u2019s jade coloured numerals and second hand are like a classy mint fondant, enrobed by a delicate dark chocolate.\r\n\r\nIts size works well with my less than chunky wrist. The unique strap has the same jade colour lurking on the underside, so that again one would need to take a closer look to really appreciate this detail. This is for those who don\u2019t want a watch to stand out, yet it does that. Not in a gareish or vulgar way. It doesn\u2019t scream \u201clook at me\u201d, it whispers \u201ccome closer\u201d. \r\n\r\nThen there\u2019s the exhibition case back, with a sneaky, cheeky view of the La Joux Perret G101 in \u201csoignee\u201d finish. Subtle and classy. It fits on my wrist really well. In fact I purchased a second black rubber strap to save the unique leather strap from the brutality of my wrists in the hotter months. The last thing I want for this limited edition strap is to rot and perish. So I\u2019m saving it for the cooler months.\r\n\r\nThe delivery was near instantaneous in modern online ordering terms. 2 days after placing my order, I was opening the solid, tasteful, practical and high quality packaging to find my new bundle of joy inside.\r\n\r\nYes, I\u2019d buy another Farer watch in an instant. Or at least once I\u2019ve felt I\u2019ve earned myself the right to indulge again. I can\u2019t wait."
