Your order has been held by DHL in the Athens DHL shipping hub for a number of days, we have communicated all and any further information they have requested, and have been assured it will be released. “I purchased a limited edition watch from Farer and was excited to recieve it. Unfortunately, when I received the watch I was very disappointed. The colorway was different than what was present online, and the quality and finish of the dial was far below the standard I expected even for a watch at this price point. This watch looks like it came out of a vending machine at an arcade. It remains unworn, and I am actively trying to return it. This is my first Farer purchase, and it will be my last.”

“I would love to write a review but unfortunately it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking shows it’s. It isn’t even in America yet. Hoping it arrived in time for Christmas considering it’s a gift.”

Hello Meagan, Thank you for leaving a comment. The Marine St Venere Strap with red stitching you ordered was shipped on the day after the order was placed, on 5th December. However Fed Ex report "small parcel" back log has built up at the Memphis customs clearing, which they are working to clear. Unfortunately this is not in our control, but please be assured we have communicated to Fed Ex the details of your Strap order and hope you will receive it soon. Kind regards Farer Watch Co

“Watch strap is good if not slightly over priced...but most annoying and disappointing thing is I emailed you about the fact you charged me for next day delivery and didn't deliver for 3 days. No response to the email I sent.”

“I have a Farer watch that I was happy with until about one year of use -- when the hour hand slowed down and is now completely misaligned. Prior to the issue, I had no problem hearing back from Farer customer service about various questions, but once I had an issue, they completely ghosted me. I've emailed 3 or 4 times about this issue over 2 months. Not even a peep from them.”

“I wrote you a week ago about a watch I just bought from your company. No body had the common decency to write back about the problem I had with the band. Needless to say you’re customer service is terrible and this is why Iam changing my review. I can guarantee you I will never buy another thing from your company and will spread the word how terrible your customer service is!!!”
