“They are cheaper in Morrisons!! Should have returned them.”

Hi Bryn, Thank you for your order. We don't sell in Morrisons, that could have been a different enamelware brand. The products we sell are exclusive to our company and therefore have the Falcon crest stamped on the bottom. We specialise in the gift packaged sets and the new coloured ranges and our packaging is exclusive to our company. All of our products are listed on our website: www.falconenamelware.com and because our products are exclusively sold by us we have a separate pricing structure to the other unbranded products. “The enamel cup and platter I bought are of very good quality, the best I have ever bought and would buy more. My only criticism is the lip around the tunbler. Not very easy to drink out of”

“I love the products but each product I order seems to have something wrong with it. The first item I ever bought was a pitcher, and it had places at the bottom interior where the enamel never reached and now those rust whenever I put liquid in the pitcher. i was truly praying that the current order would not have something wrong with it but I was disappointed again.”

“Love the uniqueness of enamelware but wonder if it may be too delicate and difficult to keep in good condition Two of my pieces, a tumbler and a plate arrived with chips already. Not sure if Falcon will send me replacements.”

“They are well made and look good, but I wish the cups were a bit bigger and the colors a bit more vibrant. Some of the color choices for the cups are pretty muted and feel random.”

“I bought the fruit bowl as a present for my son and daughter in law, easy to order, slight problem with delivery, but in got here in time, they are both really pleased with it and put their fruit in it straight away, looks lovely on their island in the kitchen, good quality and well finished”

“The pitcher is really beautiful and well made. My only disappointment was that it is smaller than I thought it would be and I was shocked when I saw how much the shipping was. I hit buy when I saw the shipping cost. Because I would have canceled the order had I seen that first.”

“Surprisingly elegant and high quality. This is not the tinny enamelware of your campground youth. The coating feels thick and smooth and the color is rich. It seems like it will hold up for a long time. It’s not cheap however, and shipping to the US is quite costly. But so far I don’t regret my purchase.”

“Purchase was a gift, so I can't speak to the actual enamelware. It did take quite a long time to ship to the U.S., nearly three weeks total. Never actually received any kind of notification that it had been delivered from Falconl; it was necessary to track through FedEx but that's all the notification received.”

“We really like our Falcon tumblers. The colors are great, and we like how rugged and versatile they are. You can put them on the stove or in the oven? Whoa. Our only quibble is that several of our tumblers have small imperfections along the bottom of the tumbler lips. Just little dots under the lip where the ceramic didn't quite stick properly, and it makes for some rough spots. Also did not expect such high shipping costs, but coming from the UK to the US is expensive, so the shipping costs aren't that unreasonable. Probably our mistake by not meeting the minimum purchase price for free shipping.”

“Great company and a nice product. Shipping was fast. We purchased the tumblers and pitchers so that we could have sturdy cups in easy reach for the kids that were also suitable for outdoor dining. The cups are smaller than I envisioned, it would be nice if they were a bit bigger, but they're useful and having the pitchers mean we can fill them back up as needed. We purchased two pitchers - one less than perfect - to meet the free shipping threshhold and we're equally happy with both. Waiting to see if I will splurge on a set of dishes.”

“The cups were very pretty but all of the rims had multiple small chips in the enamel already. I’m not sure if it was a shipping issue or packaging? They are still usable, just not as picture perfect as they looked online.”

“I bought the fruit bowl but unfortunately when I received it the base was chipped . I emailed about this and sent photos . This was dealt with very swiftly. The bowl was collected and a new one delivered which is ok . I am very pleased with the bowl it looks so stylish in my kitchen”
