“The pieces are as lovely as they appear online. They are a gift to my daughter so I am not sure yet how well they perform as cookware. The only reason I did not give a five star is that the underside of the lip is rough and not pleasing to hold.”

“They are beautiful pieces with a nice heft that denotes high quality. I bought them for outdoor gatherings since we needed an upgrade from our plasticware. They were also appealing because they were dishwasher safe. One of the cups arrived with a nick in it, but it would have been too expensive to ship it back so I kept it. I put it through the dishwasher for the first time, and a bit of rust developed on the nicked part. According to the website, it supposedly adds "character", but I wasn't too pleased about that. I should probably research how to get rid of the rust.”

“We recently purchased two jugs. One yellow, one 'pillar box red'. They are fantastic quality, arrived quickly and the yellow jug was exactly as described. However, the 'pillar box red' jug is in fact bright orange. The only thing that can be described as red is the rim. We strongly suggest you rename the colour on your site.”

“I've felt in love few years ago with a Falcon coffee cup in a Copenhagen bar! I love all the products and the delivery was more then on time. The only Bad thing is that I've tried to reach the minimum for not paying the shipping fees and in the end I had to pay the export costs...!”

“Excellent products, I'm very very happy with them, but as other people from EU already wrote, because of the Brexit I had to pay 43 euros in duties - which is way too expensive. I'm very sorry but I won't buy anymore.”

“Bonjour, je suis très contente des produits qui sont très jolis. Toutefois, j'ai été très étonnée et un peu déçue de voir que cela provenait de chine. J'habite en France, et j'ai par conséquent payé beaucoup de frais de douane. Le service client est sinon très bien. Il faut que je vois si ces produits sont solides dans le temps.”

“I bought some Red items using the Valentine offer - I loved them so much I then bought everything I had planned to buy in Pigeon Gray in Red too! I plan to use them in our new motorhome (when we're allowed out again) Excellent service too, a missed tea towel was sent immediately.”
