“I ordered 2 3-Pint Jugs. Unfortunately one of the jugs had a chip on the rim. I reached out on 22 December 2023 and am waiting to hear back. They are quite pretty, just want one that is not chipped.”

“I am very pleased with the product, the packaging, and the speed of delivery. We will definitely look to buy something else in the future. However... living in West Virginia in the U.S., I thought that the shipping cost was excessive and the fact that I had to sign for the package for FedEx delivery are definite drawbacks.”

“I love Falcon Enamelware and have a few pieces now. I recently ordered the teapot set in green, which is beautiful. Smaller than anticipated, it conducts heat very well on my induction stovetop, but there is a major drawback to using it. The handle gets too hot to grab! I have to use a hot pad, which is very unhandy. So that’s a rather big disappointment. I’ll see how long it maintains a spot on my stove until I weary of the inconvenience.”

“Great quality, lovely colors. The rim on the tumblers seems much wider than it needs to be, making it a bit awkward to drink from. The rims on all pieces were adequately smooth, except for the pitchers. Not sure why they are different, but the sharpness of the rim is a shame. Other than those two points, I am extremely happy with everything about all the pieces I bought. Timely delivery, as well.”

“I really love the weight and look of the Enamelware. It's nice and light, and a real plus that it can take some heat in the oven. The small trays are perfect individual snack trays, and I use them often. The 9" plates are also great, but the rim is quite wide so it limits the actual food space. The somewhat bowl-ish area for food is nice, but not for everything.”

“I have a few other pieces- the baking set and tumblers. This time I ordered the 3 ping pitcher Ana mugs. The pitcher want jn perfect condition - looks like manufacturing issues where the enamel didn’t coat properly all the way through. Wasn’t worth the trouble to exchange/return kt.”

“A tiny chip on the spout and a little smaller than I thought, but this tea pot is perfect otherwise. We went for pigeon gray so that when people ask about it, we can tell them the name! The Handel doesn’t get too hot either if you position it right. I have an elective stove and it heats up pretty quickly. Not sure if it’s quicker than a pot of water but the form factor helps with pouring. Perfect little kettle for my needs.”
