“I was amazed by how quickly my order arrived after I placed it. I really appreciate the quality of the products. I was dismayed, though, that when I emailed about one of the pieces arriving in damaged condition, I didn't hear back from the company.”

“Beautiful products but two arrived damaged. The information on returns online is non-existent (from what I can gather) and it's only once the parcel is opened that you discover the returns process is very tight in timescales. I still haven't heard back but I'm hoping the customer service for returning the damaged products is good!”

“Bought some pieces to complement an antique set I found recently. I’m quite pleased with the quality and colors. I plan to use these pieces for picnics and outdoor dining near the pool. Glad to have durable pieces that are not plastic and can be used for many years to come. Time will tell if they chip.”

“These teapots are beautiful made, and pour very well. There is no drippage or tea running down the side of the spout and onto your table. I like the teapot so much I now have 3 of them!!”

“The enamelware looks good. My only concern is durability. Just the big tray of the baking set has started to show rust. there are two little points under the lip on each side; I guess where is held to submerge it in the enamel. Well, a couple of the points are starting to show a reddish colour, which tells me is starting to rust there, after just a couple of washes and eventually the rust will lift the enamel or work its way to the rest of the pan under the enamel. I haven't used the other ones much but probably will start having similar issues after washing them. I know now they will not last long, which is a shame.”

Hello Jorge, Thank you for your feedback. Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. All of our products pass UK standards tests and are Lead & Nickel free. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. “I LOVE the quality and feel of my Falcon enamelware. I got the bake set, prep set, serving set and the pie set. I use these ALL the time and can prep, cook and serve in the same dishes. I am exceedingly pleased and got rid of a lot of random, mismatched unwieldy items as these sets are vastly more versatile and useful. Bravo on a great product!”
