“The presentation on your website of the cup next to the tea pot is very misleading. They are aligned to make the tea pot appear much larger than it actually is. I'm giving the rating based on my assumption that it is deliberate. I just like honesty in presentation The”

“I love this enamelware! It is delightful to use. I love that I can use it on the stovetop and in the oven. I have been reheating leftovers right in my dish. It saves on cleanup and cools to the touch quite quickly. They have a simple classic look that goes with just about everything and are very sturdy. Cooking straight to serving in the same dish is just the ticket!”

“A tiny chip on the spout and a little smaller than I thought, but this tea pot is perfect otherwise. We went for pigeon gray so that when people ask about it, we can tell them the name! The Handel doesn’t get too hot either if you position it right. I have an elective stove and it heats up pretty quickly. Not sure if it’s quicker than a pot of water but the form factor helps with pouring. Perfect little kettle for my needs.”

“My set of Falcon bakeware pans were delivered a few days ago. I was so excited, until I saw 2 of the pans badly chipped. Of course, I had read about this in other reviews. It's so disappointing. Mind you, the packaging was not showing any damage. Just the pans. Poor quality control. Ugh!”

“Ahhh!! I fell in love with these in a Tasmania hotel when traveling to Austrailia. I purchased them for our home in North America. Used one to cook fish and in one use, the pan was stained! Tries everything to get it out. Also, the large pan came with a gouge out of the rim. Unfortunately they were shipped from Canada and to return was not efficient. I love the look and thought they would wear much more professionally.”

“Having ordered 2 enamel mugs, imagine my disappointment when they finally arrived to find one was badly damaged. I emailed Falcon (with a picture of the damaged mug). Imagine my delight and surprise when less than 30min later (no not a typo) I receive the following reply: “Please accept my apologies for the damaged item you received, I am afraid that occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you which will be dispatched tomorrow. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. If you don’t want to use it for consumption, I recommend using it for storage or as a plant pot.“ True to their word, 2 days later I received the promised replacement in perfect condition. Brilliant product with superb customer service- highly recommended.”
