“I love this enamelware! Beautiful colors! One little thing. There was a tiny chip out of one of the tumblers on the rim but not a big deal. Over time they will get more chips. Shipping is super fast. Will definitely order again!!!”

“I have been a fan of Falcon for many years. I have loved many of the newer items now on offer. However, for me, the price of the items has been prohibitive. Can you imagine my joy, when slight seconds were offered? It made the items affordable for me. I was so suprised at the quality of these items, the "faults " where minuscule and haven't detracted from either their beauty or functionality.”

“Beautiful enamelware - no question asked. Am vying it for 5 years now. But. The fact that you don’t tell the client that he will pay 50 additional euro for delivery is kinda unfair. The taxes are understandable but the hidden delivery cost feels unfair.”

Hi Sosina, Thank you for your order. As mentioned to you in our email correspondence, these are not hidden delivery costs. These are the taxes/customs fee you pay for importing a product to your country which is collected by the courier. These charges do not come back to us. Our delivery charge was charged and mentioned in the order process and you are exempt from UK tax. These are European taxes you had to pay to receive the order. “I ordered Serving Tray White with Blue rim and red one and Condiment Set White with Blue Rim also. After a few days paid them, I received a message for order, so I thought I didn't paid them. But I received one more pack after received ont pack. I paid twice.....OMG. I don't know why this situation happen to me. Anyway I presented them to my friends and they liked them. And I'm also using the serving tray when I store ingredients after chopped.”

“I bought the fruit bowl but unfortunately when I received it the base was chipped . I emailed about this and sent photos . This was dealt with very swiftly. The bowl was collected and a new one delivered which is ok . I am very pleased with the bowl it looks so stylish in my kitchen”
