“It’s nice to find a brand that has stuck to the principals of quality and not opted for a race to the bottom and the pitfalls pump and dump VC money. Design more things, washing up pans, garden bucket / trugg, kitchen mop, enamel top three leg stool. You have the vibe, go wide.”

“The imperfect items I bought were not slight imperfection but very noticeable color problems and one item had chips in the enamel. The discount of these pieces was not enough for the damage on these “perfectly perfect items”. I also wrote the company several complaints and have not heard back.”

“I ordered the 3-pint pitcher and 4 tumblers as a Christmas gift for my hard-to-please son. The shipment arrived in time and was well packaged. He was thrilled with the classic, beautiful pieces; they look like they belong in the MOMA! There was a slight chip in one of the tumblers, but I have already received a prompt and easy replacement piece. I am completely satisfied with this product, and will happily recommended Falcon Enamelware to my friends.”

“The 3-pint jugs are beautifully designed and will serve well as pitchers or vases. I bought a few different colors as gifts and they are all great. I wish the plates and bowls came with color on the inside and not just the rims; I'd buy a big set if they did!”

“We ordered a small rectangular serving plate and a medium round serving plate. We had wanted to order a large rectangular serving plate, but it was out of stock (disappointment). The small serving plate is very SMALL. It will not be good for anything other than perhaps olives. The round plate is nice, but when we received it, the plate was labeled as a salad plate, so the website did not characterize it correctly. The plates look nice, but they are enamel over fairly thin metal. They may be sturdy but do not feel like high-quality serving dishes. We ordered them as a gift for a family member who wanted high-quailty serving dishes, so it was a disappointment. Finally we note that the items in total were quite expensive, since Falcon charged an international express shipping charge ($25) while almost all suppliers these days do not charge shipping. In addition, Falcon required a delivery signature by FedEx. Although not the Falcon company's fault, the Fed Ex delivery was delayed and the package tracking was not good. We had to stay home all one day to be available to sign, but then received a late notice that the shipment would be delayed another day. We were informed it would be delivered before 10AM the next day, but again had to wait at home until the package was finally delivered in mid-afternoon. It would be a better experience if the company did not charge excessive shipping charge and did not require a signature for delivery (it should be at the option of the customer). Overall the cost and delivery were not good and the product is not what we were expecting.”

“The 'perfectly imperfect' jug I bought was a disappointment. I am perfectly aware of, and a fan of, the concept of wabi sabi: the concept of the transience and impermanence of life. The jug I received went a bit beyond 'imperfect' and simply looks damaged. I had hoped to give that jug as a gift. I have kept it for myself. Sadly, it now lives in the closet.”
