“I am very pleased with the pitcher I purchased. However, the shipping experience was disappointing. I paid $25 to have the item shipped, which is significantly more than I usually pay for shipping. FedEx attempted to deliver the package multiple times, but required that someone sign for it. I did not know that I would have to sign, and I work during the day so was not home when FedEx tried to deliver it. As a result, I had to drive 15 minutes to pick up the package from a FedEx facility. It's ridiculous to me that I had to pay $25 and then the package wasn't even delivered to my house.”

“The 4 items that I purchased are a Christmas gift but the presentation & packaging was very poor and I was told no gift wrapping or branded tissue/bag/box was available from Falcon Enamelware in London. For the price paid for the"new" Falcon I would have expected more, or at least made a better effort. I got better wrapping/packaging in my local shop buying the "regular" Falcon that is available everywhere which also felt to be the same quality. I will not be buying the "new" Falcon again.”

Hello, Thank you for your order. I don't see any correspondence with yourself over gift wrapping. We put our items in tissue and branded boxes where possible but to protect the products we may wrap in other protective wrapping. Please email us at info@falconenamelware.com for anything further. “Quality, not cheap is good with falcon logo underneath containers etc ..like the different colours & great that falcon manufacture v small flat based saucers/plates with small rim (at last available.. until recently not seen elsewhere.. bought several) ..+ some other good sized /shaped items.”

“My cup and tumbler are lovely quality and also look really nice in their iconic white with blue rims. If you appreciate old fashioned elegance and things built to last like the good old days you'll love these like me. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work Falcon!”

“Probably the best quality enamelware I have come across in my 64 years! Excellent quality, good enamel coverage and the pigeon grey is a beautiful colour. Website pictures were very accurate for colour.”
