“Fedex-Abzocke Nach den die Ware schon vor Wochen angekommen ist, ruft Fedex jetzt nochmal €23 auf. Bei einem Warenwert von €74,00 u. Versankosten von €15,30 waren die Steuern mit €0,00 angegeben. Das ist ja wohl das Letzte. War mein letzter Einkauf bei Euch, schade!”

“Our first order was sent with 2 minor imperfections. We let customer service know, and we had quick reply that they were sending us a new pitcher. That order came in 2 days , max? The second one was flawless.”

“We purchased the mini tumblers and soap dish. Everything is fantastic quality and such a classic design. We will have these pieces years to come. Our toddler uses one of the mini tumblers as part of her tooth brushing routine. She is learning to drink out of an open cup and it is the perfect size for her little hands. She loves her “yellow cup”. If we are in need of enamelware in the future we were certainly purchase from Falcon.”

“The set of five prep bowls with colander is great! I use the bowls ( also got the 1 pt jug) for my baking hobby. The bowls are very sturdy and the orange is reddish, not bright orange. The set nests perfectly and takes up just a small space in a drawer, and washes up easily. I am very very happy with the set and it will last a lifetime.”

“The items I ordered (jugs, tumblers and plates) are even better in real life than the (already attractive) photos of them. In addition to my delight with the items, I was very impressed with customer service who immediately sent replacements for all items that had arrived in damaged condition.
