“Having always loved my mother's pie dish, the original white with navy rim, I am thrilled to see it all going strong. The colours are fabulous. I bought a scarlet jug and teapot. They not only lift the spirits, they work beautifully,!”

“The cups were very pretty but all of the rims had multiple small chips in the enamel already. I’m not sure if it was a shipping issue or packaging? They are still usable, just not as picture perfect as they looked online.”

“Truly disappointing. They’ve moved production overseas, and quality has fallen through the floor. My pitcher arrived with enamel missing in some spots, and flaking away in others. The story of modern manufacturinv, squeezing a beloved product for ever more profit. The best I can say is that they did refund payment.”

Hello, Please accept our apologies for the damaged item you received, occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. All of our products pass UK standards tests and are Lead & Nickel free. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

“My black water pitcher is perfect. A gift for me at Christmas. I loved it so much (and use it so often), I bought another (perfectly imperfect) in off white. Old fashioned in some ways, very modern in others. Good work.”
