“Truly disappointing. They’ve moved production overseas, and quality has fallen through the floor. My pitcher arrived with enamel missing in some spots, and flaking away in others. The story of modern manufacturinv, squeezing a beloved product for ever more profit. The best I can say is that they did refund payment.”

Hello, Please accept our apologies for the damaged item you received, occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. All of our products pass UK standards tests and are Lead & Nickel free. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

“My black water pitcher is perfect. A gift for me at Christmas. I loved it so much (and use it so often), I bought another (perfectly imperfect) in off white. Old fashioned in some ways, very modern in others. Good work.”

“I ordered 2 sets of Falcon Enamelware, the prep set and baking set and the gorgeous blue pitcher. They are perfect for our cottage, love the stackable concept for space saving - but they are on open shelves and look gorgeous!! Love love love the versatility of oven safe, dishwasher and just looking so beautiful.”

“Still waiting for shipment it was held up in customs. Company said it was my issue, but I am not an importer and do not have any information to get items out of customs. Company now is non-responsive. Hopefully someone will assist soon.”

“I love this enamelware! It's very high quality & substantial and will replace some plastic and breakable items . I bought several tumblers and a 2 pint jug plus the set of nesting pie pans. The tumblers are a joy to drink from and the pie pans are perfect for the toaster oven. Some of the colors were slightly different from how they appeared online; particularly the Spring Green is turquoise, but I can live with that. I'm sure these items will last for many years.”
