“Love my greeny grey teapot. Had a problem in that the first one delivered has a flaw in the enamel. Falcon quickly delivered another one and were apologetic, but I do think that quality control should be improved so the customer doesn't have the hassle of having to ask for a replacement. The fault in this case was not heard to spot. But don't let this put you off buying a charming teapot!”

“I already had a tumbler and wanted to ad more. Thanks for the free one. When I saw the tea pot it was shown with a small tray and two tumblers but it came only as a tea pot. Somewhat disappointed but like the tea pot.”

“Very nice,quality, tin-would have given 5 stars if colour had been consistent on the body of the tin(which was orange) and the lip of the tin which was the pillar box red colour l had been expecting.”

“Love the Falcon Enamelware products. I received a set plus additional pieces as a gift. I then ordered additional set and additional pieces so that I could eliminate my Pyrex cookware entirely. These bake and brown items very well and clean up easily. All of the other pans have held very well, with the exception of the square baking pan. This pan however, chipped very easily when washing (hand washing). Not sure whether to blame the quality, the angle of the corner or if it was compromised during shipping.... but disappointing still. Will be contacting customer service for a replacement. That said, I am quite satisfied with the overall products.”

“I like Falcon Enamelware very much. The pieces are sturdy, light and lovely to look at. However, I must say that your quality control is a bit of a problem. An earlier order had a bowl with a fault on the inside enamel. This most recent order included two small trays. One of them is quite scratched on the one edge. The complication of returning it and ordering another may or may not be worth the trouble but it will certainly make me think twice about ordering again.”

“Produits impeccables. Une seule remarque : la couleur du pichet rouge qui est plutôt orange. Je le voyais rouge sur le site et non orange-rouge. Je préfère pour une commande à venir un rouge soutenu comme sur le haut du pichet. Est-ce possible ? Merci.”

“Very beautiful objects aesthetically and apparently well made and durable. However, sometimes some small imperfections in the painting could be avoided. Furthermore, the choice of colors, for certain items such as Mugs, could be wider. However very good.”
