“I initially tried to order on the US website as it was going to my son in NY. However it didn’t seem to like my address as billing and my sons address for delivery. This meant I paid for UK delivery just under £4.50 (?) and then another £17 to send to the USA. Disappointing that the cost of postage was almost the same as the cost of my Christmas purchase for my son. I’m sure he will love it tho.”

“The two mugs I ordered arrived promptly but, despite being well packed, one was chipped. Customer service was immediately helpful and a replacement mug was sent out straight away. I am now very pleased with the quality of the mugs.”

“Many online reviews point to Falcon as a quality product which I must agree. I ordered the plate set and four cups and am happy with the purchase. I had a few questions that I submitted that were responded to in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that I wanted to purchase the bowls but they were out of stock. I couldn't purchase them with this current order and have them sent when they became available like most other retailers. I now would have to order the bowls and pay ANOTHER $25 shipping charge which will likely give me pause. Other than this, I am happy with my order.”

“The first colour chosen pillar box red not true to colour on website but delighted with the deep blue of the replacement 3pt jug. Very good service and kept well informed and swift delivery with no quibble replacement”

“I love our new enamelware. It looks to be great quality and I am very satisfied with the aesthetics. Unfortunately, it's not quite up to the challenge of being handled by a toddler and dropped on tiled/stone flooring - there are already a number of chips. Luckily no sharp edges, so still usable, I guess it adds character.”

“This past order was my 3rd sizable order of Falcon Enamelware. Obviously I love your product . Now on a boat, cottage in Hawaii, and now our beautiful redwood barn, where we are have set up camp, due to recent fires, we lost our house. Only hassle is the US customs and fact that your product is manufactured in China. Was a slight disappointment, but I understand is the way of the world these days Thank you for the good design and product”

“Mostly delighted with my new coffee cups. Only negative is that the turquoise one doesn't have a contrasting coloured rim. All the others are perfect. Have been buying and using these cups for years. The only thing I enjoy drinking coffee from.”

“J'aime énormément l'esthétique de la vaisselle en email falcon. Je suis un peu déçue de la théière qui perd énormément de chaleur et dont l'anse est brûlante quand on veut servir le thé. Et j'aimerais aussi pouvoir trouver de toute petites tasse a espresso encore plus petite que celle proposé. Peut être un jour ? Merci pour vos beaux objets en tout cas.”

“We love the jug and cups for both indoor and outdoor use. The cups are great to drink from. No water gets caught under the lip. Please consider making more lines in the mustard colour!”
