“I've always been a fan of Falcon. This was my first overseas shipping. The entire process from time of purchase to delivery was most pleasant and worry-free. Despite the worldwide situation, it didn't take more than seven days to arrive from across the globe. Unboxing the goods brought about joy! Thank you for bringing colour into our lives.”

“This was my first Falcon Enamalewear Product. Items arrived in time and well packaged with a lovely postcard. I’ve used them a couple of times and they work well.”

“Very beautiful objects aesthetically and apparently well made and durable. However, sometimes some small imperfections in the painting could be avoided. Furthermore, the choice of colors, for certain items such as Mugs, could be wider. However very good.”

“I like these products and for the most part they have been great!! Particularly love the tea pots Only thing is I had a couple of pieces that rusted at the bottom so badly they became thinner at those points. They were hand washed and all the rest were fine. I have more than 25 pieces and it was just 2 tumblrs and 1 pitcher jug that rusted. They were all hand washed etc so it was strange. I wrote to the company to get a refund on these and never heard back.”

“My teapot is so cute, I wanted to buy it for a very long time. Upon opening it, I thought the material would be a little more durable. Made tea last night for the first time and had to be so careful where I held or touched it due to how the sides and even the handle gets hot.”
