“I Bought the pigeon grey color as it has a more modern look. I use it at our lakehouse inside and out on the patio. It is also perfect to take out on the boat. It is light weight and all the pieces nests for storage and packing in a picnic basket.”

“I have absolutely no problems with the product I do not enjoy that you run out constantly and that I have to worry about the amount I spent in order to get free shipping if you’re out of the product I should be able to order it and have that filled when you get it in without having to pay a shipping cost”

“The Falcon Enamelware is not an uk made product but china stuff. If you ask for the newsletter and discount code for the first order by falcon eu the button doesn't work. After 3 request I got it by a request to the customer service. The tax is so high for shipping to the Netherlands you have to count 1 third extra above the bill from Falcon. So the discount is actually a drop. When you give tips to the customer service to give better information on their site do not count on feedback.”

“They are beautiful pieces with a nice heft that denotes high quality. I bought them for outdoor gatherings since we needed an upgrade from our plasticware. They were also appealing because they were dishwasher safe. One of the cups arrived with a nick in it, but it would have been too expensive to ship it back so I kept it. I put it through the dishwasher for the first time, and a bit of rust developed on the nicked part. According to the website, it supposedly adds "character", but I wasn't too pleased about that. I should probably research how to get rid of the rust.”

“The small one pint jug in red looks very nice but, unfortunately is completely useless. It doesn't pour! No matter how full it is, it makes a big mess when you try to use it. It's literally the worst jug I have ever used! I can't understand how it can be designed so badly. I have asked to return it because it is not fit for purpose but they will not refund the cost of postage.”

“Waited a while for the product I wanted to come back into stock, but the staff kept me fully informed and once it was, I was able to order. It was my first order with Falcon and was pleased to have a discount, plus delivery was very quick and the product is superb. Thank you everyone.”
