“I'd love to buy different items, like plates with the same blue rim but they are out of stock. Is there any way to notify when they are stocked? I'm checking the site frequently, but no luck.”

“Products are great. One of them arrived with some damage but the service team was super quick and helpful to make it right - replacement arrived immediately. Will happily buy Falcon products in the future. Pitcher and tumblers are exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you.”

“Very unhappy with the product, looks a lot smaller and cheaply made than the website showed. Also had to pay lots in duty to get it shipped to Canada even though I ordered from US website. Will not be ordering again.”

“I had been looking forward to getting Falcon enamelware for a while but when the ladles arrived chipped, I was taken aback considering how expensive these items are. My overall trust in the brand has been negatively impacted.”

“The pieces are as lovely as they appear online. They are a gift to my daughter so I am not sure yet how well they perform as cookware. The only reason I did not give a five star is that the underside of the lip is rough and not pleasing to hold.”

“Outstanding customer service!! Item in wanted was out of stock and they emailed me when a limited number came in and I was able to make my purchase! Oyster Grey is a perfect color for our home and hope they will make large bowls and trays in the same color for outside events!!”

“I am impressed with the quality of the pieces that I ordered. Each piece was beautiful! However, I am especially impressed with how fast I received the order! My order was shipped on a Monday in the United Kingdom and I received my order on Tuesday in Wisconsin, USA! This was great because some of the order was for an anniversary gift! Thank you for such great service!”

“Love them !! They came perfectly packaged and within the time frame provided. I have used all of the pans already, they cook everything perfectly and clean up easily! I love home light they are compared to ceramic, glass, or cast iron. Much prettier than stainless steel or aluminum sheet pans. I will be buying more to replace my existing bakeware and prep bowls etc. The colour is a bright red, which I love.”
