“It's pretty, but not durable. Perhaps my misconception but our largest tray is now unusable after 6 months as the enamel has chipped off and continues to come away in slivers. We have not treated it roughly, although obviously something has caused the crack. I contacted customer support and their reaction was that they were not surprised. Treat with caution.”

“I love this bakeware. It’s the best for all my baking needs and it’s perfect for my breads. Everything bakes evenly for me and I love the looks of the blue and white porcelain. Overall, it’s great 👍”

“this 3litre jug looks like poor quality and was probaly a second . The red colour was coming close to orange and on the handle metal could be seen through the paint.A disappionting purchase.Regards SM Cook”

“Amazing customer service - my order to the USA although well-packaged, one piece arrived chipped. A replacement was sent very quickly and I so appreciate Falcon's integrity in this matter. The loaf tin cooks wonderful breads and the espresso cup is SOOOOO cute!! All in all, am so glad I finally gave in and ordered some Falconware :) :)”

“Four espresso cups are just perfect for us. And no, we don’t use them for espresso but for small cups of ice cream. We had a small minion cup, which I broke, making these my go-to cups for any situation. Now to find a minion sticker..... ;-)”

“The item I purchased was supposed to be Pillar Box Red but was orange. I understand that the red colours do in fact vary but this is not helpful to me in wanting to build up a Pillar Box Red set. Very disappointing colour control.”
