Hello, Please accept my apologies for the damaged item you received, I am afraid that occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. As mentioned in the email sent to you earlier today, we will get a replacement dispatched this week. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. “I am very pleased with my new Falcon Enamelware trays. I ordered the small size to use in kitchen cabinet drawers and they fit perfectly to hold my silverware. I plan on ordering more pieces for my collection! Shipping was very fast too.”

“I have followed Falcon for many years always waiting for the right time to make my first purchase. During Covid Lockdown my husband and I decided to revamp our garden with the refund from our holiday. Rather than purchasing plastic tableware or cheap Falcon imitations I decided to purchase the deep bowls for our new Alfresco Dining! I wasn't disappointed when the deep bowls arrived. Beautiful,practical and will look perfect on our new reclaimed wooden garden table enhancing our al fresco dining experience with friends and family for many years to come. Looking forward to my next purchase.”

“I was looking for a replacement of plastic cups and plates for the children. I read the word 'unbreakable' on the website so ordered a set of bowls, plates and cups. Sadly, within 2 days, 3 items were chipped- two had been dropped, so a chip is understandable in that case - and one just knocked when putting it into dishwasher. They were chipped on the outside and inside with rust and bits of coating coming off in water. I asked the company for replacements but they refused. I would not order again - the quality of finish is poor.”

Hello, As mentioned to you over email, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Team
