“Two of the cups were chipped on the outside,not worth the postage for me to return I wish everything I had was Falcon,but of course would hope that they would arrive in perfect condition”

Thank you for your recent purchase. Please accept our apologies for the damaged item you received, I am afraid that occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. If you write to us on info@falconenamelware.com we would always replace a damaged item. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel.

“I already had a tumbler and wanted to ad more. Thanks for the free one. When I saw the tea pot it was shown with a small tray and two tumblers but it came only as a tea pot. Somewhat disappointed but like the tea pot.”

“I’ve had my eye the Falconware roasting pans for over a year and finally took the plunge. They have been a fantastic addition to my kitchenware and equipment. The pans work beautifully and as expected. Lightweight, food cooks evenly, easy to clean and they look great! Can’t believe that I waited for so long to get them”

“I am new to Falconware and so glad I made the plunge. It is lightweight - important for me now - easy to clean and has a retro look that evokes simpler times.
