“J'aime énormément l'esthétique de la vaisselle en email falcon. Je suis un peu déçue de la théière qui perd énormément de chaleur et dont l'anse est brûlante quand on veut servir le thé. Et j'aimerais aussi pouvoir trouver de toute petites tasse a espresso encore plus petite que celle proposé. Peut être un jour ? Merci pour vos beaux objets en tout cas.”

“We purchased our Falcon Enamelware after seeing it used on one of our favorite cooking shows. What an amazing set of cookware; it is beautiful, versatile and so easy to clean. My wife still uses old roasting pans that belonged to her grandmother, and they provide a sense of joy and connection to memories of her kitchen. We are thrilled to have purchased a set of cookware that we can also pass down to our next generation of home chefs.”

“Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong item and I was expected to not only pay for the return shipping to return the item, I was expected to then pay $25 for the shipping of the correct item. So that over $60 in shipping fees for a set of plates that cost $40, insane! Also on my original order I added the set of plates so my original order would qualify for free shipping, so when I had to return an item in that order the replacement should also qualify for that original free shipping. Super disappointed with the rude customer service I received, will never buy from Falcon again and I have no use for the set of plates that were sent in the wrong color so donated them to charity since returning them would cost more than they are worth.”

Hi Lauren, As mentioned to you over email and on your previous post - you did not get sent the wrong colour. It was the colour you selected. If it was an error on our part we would have sent out a new set to you free of charge. However, as the error didn't lie on this end we would want you to send back the plates before issuing a refund. “I'm very happy with my 2 pint jug, it's ideal for filling up my water filter. It's not great for left-handed people though. Would be good to have the capacity info printed opposite to the existing.”

“I ordered 1 set of plates, deep plates and bowls to see, as i am in the market for a more durable replacement to china dinner service (fed up w chipping). So the product is great, stylish and would be completely perfect, but for the fact that the dinner plates are far too small. Its a real shame that standard sized dinner plates aren't available otherwise i’d have brought 12! We’re using the 4 i ordered for portioned controlled family dinners so not a complete waste! The deep plates are fab and very versatile, but no point buying more as dont have matching dinner plates. The bowls are ok, but rounder cereal bowl shaped bowls would be much better. Real shame because the look and feel is exactly what i want.”

“I placed an order on Saturday morning August 8th for three trays and two large pitchers and received the package by Fed Ex courier on Thursday afternoon August 13th. Speedy fulfillment! Carefully packaged to absorb any rough handling during shipping! Beautifully crafted enamelware, wonderful colors, the three trays are perfect for clinical and apothecary work were you sterilize the rays often, the pitchers for serving drinks or holding cut flowers are a joy. I am happy as a lark and have already recommended FALCON to family and friends and will also return to your site to order more items for my own work and home. You are making products that are wonderful in their practicality and yet lovely to behold. Thank you so much!”
