“The jug is exactly what I was looking for - looks great and doesn’t spill when pouring. My only complaint is that you should have indicated that the item was made in China - I assumed it would be made in the U.K. for that price. Had I known it was made in China, I would not have purchased it.”

“I love enamelware, but it’s not easy finding high quality pieces. I’ve been lusting after Falcon’s beautiful products ever since I first saw them in a shop years ago. Finally was able to purchase some, and they do not disappoint! Simple, beautiful, functional, and well made. So pleased with my items.”

“I think that the products Falcon Enamelware makes are truly lovely, but the customer service and the communications regarding order fulfillment are very poor. I placed an order very early in the morning of March 29th for $279 dollars worth of goods and have asked your staff repeatedly for assistance and follow through, and yesterday, eighteen days later, with no genuinely concrete help with order fulfillment, I finally wrote and said please do something concrete to offer supportive help today, or else cancel and refund immediately. I received no reply from your staff to yesterday'semail, and have never received the $279.00 order either. With no goods and no refund......I cannot recommend this company to others.”

“My fault, too small for a group and and afford to return. Cost more to ship back $240. that it cost to buy them $150. Very disappointed!”

“Brilliant easy to clean always use at table have always had them I will review my latest purchase of dish andirons set of bowls when I receive them as they have not been delivered yet I am still waiting for my order it’s now a month and still no goods I am so disappointed”

“Purchased as a Birthday gift so haven't actually used it. The Pillar Box red is definitely more orange than red, but either way it looks lovely and would appear to be perfect for 2 big cups of tea.”

“The utensil pot is the perfect width and height for all those things you need to use frequently in a kitchen - scissors, spatulas, spoons, etc. and is a warm grey colour that suits most colourschemes. The baking dish happily cooked an oven-baked curry and came out of the dishwasher sparkling clean - completely unstained by turmeric, etc. So - not only useful, practical and good-looking but, for me, a reminder of my lovely mother and her kitchen in the 1960s/70s with its enamelware tea and coffee pots and, even further back, to my grandfather's Swedish enamel saucepans - still in use by me today. Some things stick around for good reason and there are many good reasons to choose enamelware - I am delighted to see Falcon back in fashion!”
