“Product looks good. No problems with ordering delivery all went smoothly. I’ve opened 1 box out of 24 and it looks amazing. It’s going to be about 2 months before it goes down. Bought while in the sales. I would recommend this company on the experience I have had up to now.”

“Great samples, and fast delivery. The only downside is that quite a few of the herringbone planks in the boxes I purchased had defects (chips to the edges of the planks and broken edges on the britle click sections were fairly common, and I even had one plank in a box which had really significant damage/scratches to the surface). These were clearly quality control issues rather than damage in transit, but this aside, the remaining product seems fine.”

“I am over the moon with the service and product quality from Factory Direct Flooring. I placed an order that got delivered just a few days later right outside my door. It was hassle free, straightforward transaction and I’m made up. Will 100% be using this company in future and would highly recommend to friends and family. I don’t usually write reviews and I also have very high standards, but was so impressed that I thought it only right as I do depend on the reviews of other customers before I make purchases. “I was angry with your ridiculous goods return policy. When I returned some surplus LVT to your company, it was rejected simply because some area of the outer package was ripped, and I did not report it to your company when received. It does not make sense that a customer has to report the trivial defeat on the outer package to the supplier while the product is in good condition. It appears to me that your company is not willing to accept return goods by setting unreasonable terms. Hope your management can address such issue and revise the terms of the return policy.”

“Absolutely love the flooring it comes with it’s own layer of heat protection so no need for underlay , the boards are quite hard so should be hard wearing as described and I’m very happy with this product 🙂”
