“Very prompt despatch of sample. Very quick acknowledgement of order and delivery arranged fast as well. Only time will tell how product wears. Did not like being called 'mate' by Will when organising delivery.”

“Ordered samples online and they arrived promptly, did not place order right away, I was told my choice was no longer available, ordered another sample and placed order on 13/12/15 and took delivery on 16/12/15. I was phoned prior to delivery to confirm. Everything was delivered very well packed, all the items were visible and shrink wrapped.Your staff were very helpful when I phoned to discuss anything and everything went as well I could wish for. “MY MISTAKE. I ordered some vinyl flooring. Then I read the email stating delivery was curb side. I should have read the delivery details before ticking the box. I immediately emailed to cancel. The following morning, early, a very pleasant man telephoned to arrange a suitable delivery date. He hadn't seen my emails but he was most helpful. He didn't get tetchy because I hadn't read the delivery information before ordering, thanked me for letting them know quickly, and arranged for the order to be cancelled and my credit card credited. The latter was posted within 24hours. It was my mistake but they were very pleasant about it. jacey”
