“They’ve got me as a customer for life. As well as the amazing discounts on luxury products, Face the Future has top notch customer service. “Do not order from this company! The order form deleted my house number. Their customer service assurances are a lie- it's all done by AI responding to you. They have ignored my three attempts to contact them. They use Royal Mail- who also ignored my messages and instructions. They have taken my money and I still have no shampoo. I have contacted them asking for my money back- and guess what- they have ignored that too! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

Our system will give address suggestions, but these can be amended, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address is correct at the time the order is placed. We have checked your emails and can see that you did receive an AI response as you contacted us just before we closed on Friday and we work our emails from oldest to newest so our Customer Service team would not have responded to you until after the weekend. The AI response you received is correct and it is stated on your order confirmation email that once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend or cancel an order.
