Misleading codes offered for 10% off which then don't work, loyalty scheme but you can't use the loyalty points on half the brands. Bombard you with messages and marketing so recommend you opt out! Free samples are OK but no better than those offered by competitors.

I tried to cancel my order within hours of placing it and before it had been dispatched however I was told that it wasn’t possible. So I had to wait for it to be delivered and then request a return. Delivery was free but as per their returns policy a delivery fee will be subtracted from my refund total. I don’t think k that I will buy from the site again.

I tried to cancel my order within 20 minutes approx of ordering and was not notified for 48 hours - but funnily enough they had been tracking me when I had browsed their website and was pondering on the order and I get an e mail saying something like "saw you looking" - find this odd when they can track you but when you want to cancel your order oh no there is no one monetering that side of things but we are actully tracking you!! Nonsense. Aslo delivery compared to other companies took way longer.

I have previously given a very good review and used Face the Future a lot in terms of skincare needs, and more so because they used to have a great loyalty programme. Sadly, this has changed, and I only realised when I had saved up over 4000 points so I could turn them into a voucher for money off my next order. This is no longer the case; you can now change 2000 points for a £20 voucher but there is a minimum spend of £200, 1000 points for a £10 voucher but there is a minimum spend of £100 and 500 points for a £5 voucher minimum spend £50. This is not a reward at all. For example, another skin care brand I shop with, recently I was able to transfer points earned into a £40 voucher, no min spend, another company as a top tier customer of theirs, I was recently offered 25% off a £200 spend etc etc. Therefore, as you can see, face the future can sadly no longer claim being a loyal customer equals rewards, as their reward scheme now comes with a caveat. Due to this, I will just shop elsewhere in terms of earning real rewards that come with such loyalty. To note, you can use point for ‘gifts’ but again, you have to make a purchase to be able to claim one of these ‘gifts’.

I received products that expire in 5 months though meant to serve a year since opened. I've made an order for "Jan Marini Rejuvenate & Protect Duo: C-Esta Serum and Marini Physical Protectant SPF 45 Tinted" on the 14th of April. Received around 25th of April. When I opened them I realised that expiry date on the box says 09/25. Serum itself says that it is valid for 6 months since opened. Protectant has is valid for 12 months since opened. But for both expiry date is September 2025, which is 5 months away! Basically that means that both going to expire before I can possible use them.

Hi, thank you for your review. Products marked with a pot and lid symbol are safe to use for the duration indicated, even if they were opened on the last day of the date shown on the product. The symbol refers to the number of months the product remains suitable for use after opening. E.G. if your products are dated September and you open them on the last day of September, they are still ok for the 6 or 12 months shown on the pot and lid symbol. Kind regards, Face the Future

Prompt Dispatch and delivery. However this product doesn't seem to be the same as the one I purchased from John Lewis last year. It pilled into grainy bit and burnt/stung my skin even without a moisturiser or other products. This made it it unuseable and a huge waste at £24.79. Expensive for sunscreen but since I have sensitive skin - I have to fork out the extra money - otherwise I can become a red sore mess with the wrong products. I strongly recommend discontuing this product. It does not help sensitive/fair people out one bit. Sunscreen is supposed to help prevent extra sensitivity in sensitive skin- but this horrid thing aggrevates it. Did they change the formula from last year? I don't know but I won't be purchasing Ultrasun again.

I've just received my first ever £20 mystery package. I can firmly confirm, It'll definitely be my last! 2 of the products are scalp treatments for dandruff which I don't have. I is baby hair tamer. Again which I don't need. The other 2 are 2 small quantities of different forms of collagen. Which considering you have to take it for months before you know it's suitable, is utterly useless. If fact the only thing I'll actually use is a 50ml tube of sunscreen. Mega disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the size of this product and more disappointed that it didn’t work. It just left a white residue on my face. Thought it was very expensive for the size and felt like I wasted my money on something that didn’t even work

My recent order placed 26th Jan 2025 has not arrived. Royal mail state they attempted delivery on the 30th Jan and I was at home all day. Previous orders have been delivered through the letterbox by royal mail. I tried tracing the parcel last week using the royal mail tracking number but unfortunately my post code was not recognised. The Royal mail tracking number is no longer active and I have no way of tracing my parcel.

It’s the second time I’m getting a vitamin C that has been coloured already, meaning it was aging before it arrived to me, therefore less active. It’s a shame there is no way to get to customer service, last time I tried on my other parcel as it was dark yellow and nobody came back to me. I ordered before the vitamin c from the same brand and from this website and it was great, but only the first time, the other 2 were yellow and dark yellow, not clear like the first time or the previous times from different websites. Probably old batch and it’s a shame because it’s an expensive product. I’ll buy it some place else, gave them 2 tries from my own pocket, that’s enough. Mrs Green
