Hi Sonia Your parcel was dispatched the same day as your order on the 14.3.24. Delivery was attempted on the 15.3.24 and 16.3.24 by royal mail. ONE OF THE PRODUCTS BIODERMA- THE LID WAS BROKEN WHICH MENT UNABLE TO CLOSE BACK ON PROPERLY THIS MUST OF BEEN DONE IN TRANSACTION OR IT WAS FAULTY AT THE START.. SPENDING OVER £200 ON PRODUCTS AS THE OTHER BIODERMA AND MEDIX8 WERE ALL IN TACT..

Sent an email from the company requesting a review. Goods not yet received. Order placed 8 days ago. So only comment is that it takes a long time to receive goods and maybe review requests should be made after a couple of weeks if you want them to be more favourable

I love the product itself but was extremely disappointed by the poor functionality of the packaging. The lid for the drops does not stay on and therefore all the product leaked everywhere. I would appreciate having a replacement resent if possible please.

Always had good experiences from face the future but after receiving the mesoaestetic vit c and emailing with what had happened had no response to the issue . Put me off ordering again.

I didn’t receive my package, even though royal mail says it’s been delivered. The reaction of the team was fast but I’m still not sure how they want to find my package and what the next steps are.

When I opened the box one product had it's seal broken was out of the box and the dispenser mechanism and lid off, several pieces I was able to put it back together but it wasn't a great introduction

Disappointed. I bought the wrong colour hair dye by mistake. It was for a relative for Christmas. I had to order it early due to the Christmas post but the company would not exchange it as it had passed 30 days. It was unopened in its original package. I think this is unnecessary, they could have been more helpful.

I wasn't very impressed to find that the product expires in July 2024 as it feels like old stock. Disappointing that there doesn't seem to be any quality check in place and that the item was sold at full price given it's likely to be expired whilst I'm using it.

As we can see that you purchased Environ Skin EssentiA Vita-Antioxidant AVST 4 in December, July 2024 is an appropriate date. This is something which is advised by the brand directly, as the Environ Skin EssentiA Vita-Antioxidant AVST range can last up to 6 months when following the usage guidelines. Hi Niall, All of our Gift Cards are E-Gift Cards. This means that they will be emailed to you, rather than being posted. We can see that the 3 which were on ordered on the 8th December, were issued the same day, to email address on the account. Hello Elizabeth, We're sorry to hear this. We can see that your order was sent back to us, due to being incorrectly addressed, after 3 delivery attempts were made, to try to locate you. A dispatch email was sent your email address on the 24th November, to allow you to track this. 😔 As Royal Mail did not hear from you in regards to your parcel, it is now safely back with us.
