“Face The Future as a company we’re quick in delivery and seem to be well intentioned. I am absolutely gutted that the products I bought didn’t work, in fact they made my hair so much worse and made my scalp red and itchy which I’m distraught about given the trauma of post partum hair loss and the massive waste of money that I battled with myself to spend and could have spent on my baby. If only I could get a refund.”

“I recently emailed, asking why I was being charged postage for a "freebie" you offered as a thank you. I was under the assumption that at the highest tier, all postage is free. Mind you, you offered it as a thank you. I did not get a response. Would you mind responding now? Thank you.”

Hi Jean, Thank you for your review, we have checked this and can see we did send a response stating that in the higher tier, you do get free delivery on paid products. However, we are unable to send a free product without charging for delivery. If you did purchase something, you could add the free product to that order and receive the free delivery.
