Never received product from you. I had to download a form, you sit on it for 7 days before you even send to Royal Mail. A process leaving me out of pocket.. with no product. No consideration for the customer. Going elsewhere.

Hi Dawn, Thank you for your review. Our team do have to wait 7 days from a parcel being marked as delivered before they can raise this with Royal Mail. This is a stipulation set by Royal Mail, as a parcel can still be delivered within this time. Kind regards, Face the Future

Excellent detangler on my fine long hair. I have a beeswax allergy & because this has no trace in it I find it does not cause me any issues. It also conditions and plumps my hair well.

Where do I begin, I got in touch because I was having some issue around a parcel for delivery to a locker location, it turned out that this wasn't at a locker, even though I was provided with a locker code..it was delivered into the shop. When I first highlighted the issue to face the future I was met with the below response which was a bit shocking becuase I took it as, if you can't pick up your package (through no fault of your own) you will be charged a £10 re delivery fee...I have never heard of this from this company and as someone who spends a considerable amount here I was very shocked, this is extremely off putting and I will try and source items going forward from other companies. Hello Shirley, Thank you for letting us know, and we are sorry you have had trouble collecting your parcel. We can see that order #FTF1281908 has been fulfilled and is with InPost under tracking number JJD0002233183005740. If the parcel is returned to us because it could not be collected, a re delivery cost will apply. You would then be contacted by email. If we do not receive a reply within 5 working days, the order would be cancelled, refunded in line with the return charges, and a £10 processing fee would be charged. As the issue is with the InPost QR or manual code, the best next step is to wait for InPost to respond. If the parcel is sent back to us, please reply to this email once you receive the return update and we will advise on the next available option. I've been using Face the Future for years and I have always been satisfied with the products and even more with the customer service. Every time I needed some info or some help, the customer service has been quick to respond and always helpful. However, I removed a star because I am disappointed the loyalty rewards programme is ending. It was a good one. its disappearance will push me to order directly from the brands, especially the ones with good reward schemes.
