“Face the future used to be excellent. But it has changed since the loyalty system changed. Also once you’ve spend a fortune you should be able to redeem your points for anything. Any item on offer is not included. Every time I ordered previously I received my order the next day. I know the postage is between 3 and 5 days as it was then but now it is a few days before you receive it. Also when speaking to some staff, not all, you can hear a patronising tone in their voice. All in all instead of the 10 out of 10 it used to be it’s now pushing a 7.”

“Main delivery box wasn’t damaged but the boxes on two items inside were. Appears they were packaged this way. One item won’t close properly and will likely dry out. Have emailed as soon as delivered but not heard anything for 4 days.”
