So upset as it came late. I ordered it in time to take on holiday for me and my sister. I travelled on Thursday hoping it would come before then but only arrived on Friday. Deliveries are never usually that long from facethefuture. Definitely a disappointment this time.

Received my item and it does not do anything, sent 2 emails to request a return / refund, absolutely no reply. They were given the option to reply to my second email by 5pm today, still no reply. So this is my review, don't buy anything from them cos if you need to return it, they ignore you, quite happy to bombard you with advertising emails though.

I ordered Illamasqua skin base shade 6.5 and everytime it went to checkout it was showing shade 01. I tried to fix this numerous times and it did the same thing. I thought maybe it was just the image that was the error so ordered anyway. The product that came was the shade 01 even though numerous times I selected 6.5

I haven't received my order, most probably it was delivered to a different address, even if I tried my best to help the customer service staff and asked them if they need any statements from myself or Concierge team (that nothing was deliverd on my name), I was told NO. Now I am threated with investigations and testimonies and GPS tracking and have to wait more than one month to find out what happened

Disappointed by the customer service. The products themselves are actually quite good, but the customer service is non-existent. There’s no one to talk to if you have an issue or question. No proper support. It feels like once they get your money, you're on your own. Really disappointing experience for what could have been a great company. Won’t be ordering again.

The description states that the volume of the cleanser is 100 ml, but they sent a 50 ml sample. Be careful. This is a scam. The support does not respond at all.

Paid for next day delivery on Tuesday and didn’t receive the order until Friday. Please don’t pay extra for this service as it’s awful. I spoke to customer service and they were dreadful didn’t help at all.

Shipment was handled poorly. I specified signature on delivery to your Customer Srevice via email. Package was dumped late at night with courier not ringing the gate bell. We only discovered delivery status through tracking the package. By the time we found the package, the rain had messed up the package. Never again would we wish to order from you. No need for refund or replacement. We found better source overseas with professional delivery done.
