“Ive received my shampoo and conditioner in a fadt manner but unfortunately the bottle for the conditioner is broken, so I can't use the pump action to use it. So it's abit annoying having to unscrew the pump to take the conditioner out. Especially when it then starts to drip down the bottle. When contacting the team they have promptly sent me two replacement pumps plus some litter freebies!! Brilliant service.”

“Delivery was way longer than stated. Emailed no response back. Poor customer service. The product however is great I’ve had it before, but wouldn’t go back to this company for it.”

“My wife is a regular and happy Face the Future customer - I place the orders and pay the bills as she really does not like/enjoy computers. S0, WE are happy customers BUT I would be a much happier customer if I was NOT constantly being asked to review products/services/whatevers. I am not particlarly good technically and have fingers which are getting on towards 90 years old! Please leave me alone”
