“I never received my parcel. I was told it was delivered but when I went to the pick up point, it was never delivered. I checked each day and was told the same thing. Now I’m told my parcel is being returned and I’m just waiting for my refund as I never got my parcel so it’s only right that I get a refund. I’m sure the company is good but their delivery partner service has been a let down”

With Inpost you do need to collect from wherever you have choose as your collection point, or choose the option of Royal Mail at delivery page to have it delivered to your address. “The Bioderm lip barrier balm is good but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the Sensibio AR cream.I have rosacea and it doesn’t work for me so I wouldn’t recommend it”

“Bought this Heliocare Colour spf as I really love Heliocare products but after applying i found it to be very drying and the product split on my skin which isn't a good look, so very disappointed, waste of money”

“This product is great, like all BB products however face the future app and browser can be very confusing with rewards, and rewards are not always available for NB products either, even if it’s your own points. Face the future needs to sort this out.”
