Great choice of products and offers, and good quick service too. The only problem is that I’ve now collected loads of points, but never get to spend them. They don’t allow you to use discount points on skinceuticals which is the main brand I use.

I placed an order for 2 products and quickly realised I’d ordered 1 wrong item (both items were very similar ) - I emailed to ask if the item could be changed for the correct one as it hadn’t yet been processed. A quick response told me even though the order wasn’t yet processed I would receive what I ordered and I could go through the returns process and then place another order ! I know it was my error but I feel it could’ve possibly been changed to save the hassle of paying for a return , waiting for refund and then re ordering/paying for delivery .

The prices are good if you have items on subscription and you get points for purchasing, spending your points seems a little impossible though. I tried to use points in my last subscription purchase but it wouldn't accept it at the checkout. I emailed straight away to ask what I needed to do and still waiting for a response two weeks later. It might be time to find another supplier.

My last order was over 300 pounds and no discount code! I have one of 10 % off but not 20 % .when you order o er 250 ...usually give a discount of 20%! Not happy with

I love the products on FTF. I'm a loyalty member but sometimes I get confused with how I can use my points. I wait for the occasional emails/texts for the products I use when they are available for 20% with "no minimum" spent. It's unfortunate to have to wait however as a loyalty member you have to spend a minimum of £250 to only receive £20 off! I feel the loyalty discounts should be spent with no minimum as with already spending for the price of the products I don't really feel it's a fair discount. I'm unsure what I'll do with all my points but I'd rather have my eyes peeled for the occasional 20% discounts on my fav products with no minimum spent. I think it's way more cost effective. Also to point out it's no longer 20% off £250 minimum spent - it's now £20 which is even less of a discount. Please allow customers to use their loyalty points with no minimum spent. We have earned it :) I hope this makes sense :)

I was recommended to Face The Future and told if I opened the app I would get 15%off. After reading the t&c's I realised that was not the case! Very disappointed! I did eventually get 5% off.

Reasonable delivery time and I like that don't charge ridiculous delivery costs. The reward programme is a bit of a cop out though - products or a discount that you can only use if you spend over £100.
