“Didt get it delivered to wrong house”

“The only downside to ordering through your website was that I received an email saying I could get 15% off by downloading the app. I even received a discount code to use at checkout. However, when I tried to apply it, I was told it wasn't valid for this product. If that's the case, the promotion should clearly state the exclusions. The conditions shouldn't be hidden in the small print while the "15% off" message is displayed so prominently. It feels misleading. The offer gives the impression that the discount applies, when in reality it doesn't. That wasn't a good customer experience.”

“Placing order online was effortless, however applying discount was difficult and code did not work. Upon delivery/transit and my parcel and content arrived damaged. I have emailed customer services with proof of photos for you perusal.”

“Haven’t received order yet. Supposed to be delivered yesterday by Evri but no show. To be honest when a firm is delivering with Evri it is off putting. I need to check on future who the carriers are”

“The pictures of the items I bought were magnified, but the containers were very small, I don’t think this is a very good marketing strategy and I won’t be buying again. I haven’t used them as I am yet to have my baby. I will update about it after use.”

“Have used FTF for years, must admit over the last few months the service is going a little downhill. Even though I “qualify” for express packaging orders still take around a week to arrive, used to love the loyalty points and programmes but getting rid of these and not receiving any samples with purchases (even big purchases) prices aren’t massively reduced anymore, very little incentive to shop here anymore I’m afraid”

“Ordering was fine, delivery was good. It went downhill from there. My wife believed her purchase was a hot air brush and believed that it was until she read the instructions. It is not what she wanted or needs bu, because she had taken it out of the plastic wrapper, it cannot be returned.very disappointing.”
