Face The Future as a company we’re quick in delivery and seem to be well intentioned. I am absolutely gutted that the products I bought didn’t work, in fact they made my hair so much worse and made my scalp red and itchy which I’m distraught about given the trauma of post partum hair loss and the massive waste of money that I battled with myself to spend and could have spent on my baby. If only I could get a refund.

Very happy with the products. Less happy with the delivery logistics which somehow “blended” my payment card address and the requested delivery address. Thankfully the package did arrive.

Face the future used to be excellent. But it has changed since the loyalty system changed. Also once you’ve spend a fortune you should be able to redeem your points for anything. Any item on offer is not included. Every time I ordered previously I received my order the next day. I know the postage is between 3 and 5 days as it was then but now it is a few days before you receive it. Also when speaking to some staff, not all, you can hear a patronising tone in their voice. All in all instead of the 10 out of 10 it used to be it’s now pushing a 7.

Offers and services are good, however I couldn’t use my rewards that I earned by placing orders previously along with other discounts. My rewards should be independent of any discount codes I am using, as I have earned the rewards. Other websites have their rewards independent of any offers. Can understand that we can’t use multiple discount codes together or discount codes on sale items but rewards earned should be independent. I lost £5 of rewards as I didn’t know this and you have to use the rewards coupon/code within certain days.

Excellent product range and very responsive customer service, but it is frustrating to find that an item which was listed as in stock at the time I placed my order is *not* in stock, and that consequently delivery will be delayed. This is particularly disappointing when I have chosen (and paid for!) the "guaranteed" next day delivery option.

Once upon a time there were only a couple of Heliocare products but now there are so many it is very confusing/ I have now twice ended up with the wrong product and as it is expensive I have got to the point where I shall no longer buy it. Online all the tubes and design are similar so it is very difficult to see if you are buying the right product. I wanted to buy the original Heliocare get but I have n't a clue whjich one this is online.

Was encouraged to use the app, with a discount code. Unfortunately it only worked for some of the products (I checked and my order didn't include any of the excluded brands on the t&c's). I tried contacting FTF, but got no response, so I only ordered the items where the discount was honoured. The app is clunky and isn't easy to navigate and when I tried logging into it again, it just freezes. Otherwise delivery quick and well packaged, and the goods as expected.

Great choice of products and offers, and good quick service too. The only problem is that I’ve now collected loads of points, but never get to spend them. They don’t allow you to use discount points on skinceuticals which is the main brand I use.

I placed an order for 2 products and quickly realised I’d ordered 1 wrong item (both items were very similar ) - I emailed to ask if the item could be changed for the correct one as it hadn’t yet been processed. A quick response told me even though the order wasn’t yet processed I would receive what I ordered and I could go through the returns process and then place another order ! I know it was my error but I feel it could’ve possibly been changed to save the hassle of paying for a return , waiting for refund and then re ordering/paying for delivery .

The prices are good if you have items on subscription and you get points for purchasing, spending your points seems a little impossible though. I tried to use points in my last subscription purchase but it wouldn't accept it at the checkout. I emailed straight away to ask what I needed to do and still waiting for a response two weeks later. It might be time to find another supplier.

My last order was over 300 pounds and no discount code! I have one of 10 % off but not 20 % .when you order o er 250 ...usually give a discount of 20%! Not happy with
