We can also see that you emailed us on a Saturday and received a response on Monday when we opened again. Our customer service team also kept you up to date with everything via phone calls. “The lovely lady at FTF was so helpful when I called for some advise re Use by dates on some Environ products. I have been using environ for a number of years so when there is a great offer available I like to stock up ! My telephone call was promptly followed up with a phone call. Great customer service .”
