“Good afternoon. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my order, and this has left me very upset. Royal Mail informed me that they incorrectly listed my home address as the recipient. This has resulted in my order being returned! Now I have to pay an extra £10 to have my order resent! I ask you to look into this issue! Thank you.”

Hi, thank you for your review. The address on the parcel was the one you input at checkout. Royal Mail are returning this to us as it is an incorrect address and they were unable to deliver. We can see our Customer Service team have updated your address to the one you have provided over email and have confirmed they will be in touch when they receive the parcel back to arrange for it to be resent. “I'm very happy with my Eucerin product and the price at the moment because I use to get them from my doctors, but not available anymore, so I was happy to see them on you're site, and because I'm on disability I found it difficult and that's the only cream that work's because I have very dry skin and this cream is amazing 👏”

“Very disappointed. Products are extremely expensive and the images give the impression the product are bigger than they actually are (I don't understand ml/gram measurements), what I got was TINY for the price I paid. Also there was no tracking updates so my package got delivered while I was out because I had no warning, only got a royal mail notification 5 hours after it had been delivered. Couldn't find it for a day but turned up thrown over a fence into The back garden of the neighbours empty house, only found it when the wind blew it round the garden. Tried talking to customer services when I couldn't find it only to be told fill in a form, wait a week after that they'll look into it and maybe I'll get a refund/replacement but would not give a time on how long it would take to sort. Just disappointed all round really.”
