“Unfortuneately I am still waiting for my items from Face The Future. Royal Mail should have delivered my online purchase on Wednesday 5th February 2025! Having stayed at home for the past 4 days and receiving several emails from Royal Mail I still do not have my purchase! I am reluctant to order any more from Face The Future if I have this problem every time! Regards Susan Game.”

“Recently changed my products and I am very happy with the results. Easy to order and quick delivery. Not many offers on the O&M products unless you pre order,I am not keen on this option as I may want to try a different shampoo/conditioner”

“My order has not arrived. Customer services stated it will be reviewed in 10 days and that’s it. Disappointed as placed multiple orders and first issue, seem to have been ignored and left with out my paid for skin care products.”

“I keep receiving 20% off codes via text. So I load basket with the products I would like then it doesn’t take the 20% off. I have emailed customer service but haven’t received a response.”
