“I didn't realise I had ordered the night reset bundle as it was alongside my basket, when I pressed add to basket thinking I was ordering my moisturizer I accidentally bought the mystery product I didn't want. I advise people to be really cautious when ordering.”

“This is a beautiful tubing mascara. The brush is a great shape, the formula is not wet and the results are well separated, wispy, good length lashes. One star deducted for very slight flaking but overall a very good product.”

“My wife ordered a rather expensive package early december as a Christmas gift (from me) to cut a long story short we eventually tracked down the package weeks after Christmas. F the F whilst sympathetic, left it entirely down to us to chase, track, visit postal offices, etc. The products they supply are good value, their customer service is very poor.”
