“Not many retailers currently have the Espa Restorative Bath & Body Oil in stock, so it was nice to find it available to order on line. Plus being part the 'Blue Light Card' programme for NHS and emergency services staff, meant I got 10% off. Coupled with two useful free beauty gifts (not a voucher for a meal-box or wine company or money off a magazine subscription), and prompt delivery, I would definitely recommend Face the Future.”

“Although I was formerly a devoted consumer of this business, I will not be making another purchase from them and will not recommend them to anyone. I bought a serum from them, but it was wrongly delivered by Royal Mail to a different location. When I attempted to contact customer care, I was accused of receiving the package even though the photo proof was not my property location. They won't care once they have your money and will abandon you. After I complained to Royal Mail, they were able to trace my parcel using GPS, so they picked it up from the location where they delivered it incorrectly and brought it to me today. Although I had no need to contact Royal Mail, (As I bought it from FTF and it’s their duty to chase as I have paid them for the goods) I had to take matters into my own hands due to the company's inefficiency and the fact that I had lost more than £70. Avoid this firm since they won't help if something goes wrong.”

Hi, Thank you for your review. We have checked through the emails and can see that at no point did anyone accuse you of receiving the parcel. You were sent a form to complete for an investigation, which is our policy, as Royal Mail had claimed to have delivered the parcel. As you mentioned in your email, the issue was with Royal Mail, as they then delivered the parcel the next day. Kind regards, Face the Future
