“Disappointed by the customer service. The products themselves are actually quite good, but the customer service is non-existent. There’s no one to talk to if you have an issue or question. No proper support. It feels like once they get your money, you're on your own. Really disappointing experience for what could have been a great company. Won’t be ordering again.”
