“Take note of the returns policy and the costs involved. If you qualify for free delivery and want to return anything, the £3.99 postage is deducted from your refund and you have to pay to send the order back tracked which is a total of nearly £10 for a small parcel. I tried to cancel my order 11 minutes after placing it as realised I’d ordered the wrong item. Emailed customer service as advised on my confirmation email but this wasn’t picked up until 3 days later. Order was sent out and customer services refused to move on the £10 costs to send it back. Told me I should’ve called them to cancel the order and that nobody picks up emails over the weekend. Advised they change the contact details on their correspondence. All in all, very unhelpful.”

We can see you contacted us just after placing your order, however due to how busy we are, we can take up to 2 working days to respond. As you contacted us on the Friday afternoon, we didn't get to your email until Monday, which at this point your order had already been sent so we were unable to cancel this.
