“Offers and services are good, however I couldn’t use my rewards that I earned by placing orders previously along with other discounts. My rewards should be independent of any discount codes I am using, as I have earned the rewards. Other websites have their rewards independent of any offers. Can understand that we can’t use multiple discount codes together or discount codes on sale items but rewards earned should be independent. I lost £5 of rewards as I didn’t know this and you have to use the rewards coupon/code within certain days.”
