“All Medik8 products are amazing and in those alone I would leave 5 stars but there was an offer on that stated if you spent over £99 on Medik8 you would receive a free moisturiser. I spent well over this and never received the free item. After contacting Face The Future I was told this offer didn’t apply to app purchases although it was on the app advertising this. I will continue to use Medik8 but will probably not purchase from FTF again.”

“I received expired items with my order, that were manufactured 3 years ago!!! Some (expencive) items came without outer cardboard. When I asked castomer support about it I had no response. Higly doubt I'll use FF again, and have huge concerns about what I've been buying from them for the last 3 years...”
