“I am not sure that the free gift that I got (Medik8 vitamin C day wear) is not authentic. The cream is not white - it’s a yellowy colour and it doesn’t smell anything like Medik8. In fact it’s got a horrible smell. It also arrived without a box!! I would like this cream changed for a proper Medik8!!!”

Please be assured that all of our products are genuine, we receive them directly from the brand. The stock we receive as a free gift also comes directly from the brand and isn't always in a box.
