I ordered a item on Thursday 24 March 2022 selected a delivery date which said 2/3 working days I’m aware that don’t inc weekends I return home from work to find a delivery card now it’s going to cost me to collect from local place

I have since investigated this and can see that you placed an order with us on the 24th March with our premium delivery service 1-3 working days. As our couriers deliver on Saturdays, this was delivered to you on the 2nd working day. Hi, One item in my last order didn't have a security seal. Also, the colour and consistency of the products look different than before. How can I be sure that these products are genuine and not tampered? Many thanks.

I did not like the product I bought, it was a sun cream that left a white chalky film on my face. When I complained about it they responded within 24 hours, they apologised, but do not allow returns.

I’ve used FTF fir a while and never had a problem. However the test is always how an organisation manages when something goes wrong - as it did when an incorrect product was shipped. The service was poor - refusal to send the correct product until the incorrect one had been received back, had to chase return labels twice, returns form sent to me was blank requiring me to fish about for the original details. A lot of inconvenience for something that was your fault. Very disappointed.

The lady who I spoke with was trying to be helpful, but did not know enough about the products that I was wanting to ask advice about - I know more than she did. Also, you have been out of stock of the Priori Resurface product and she didn’t have a clue about that product and was recommending products that were completely different in purpose and consistency - i.e. was recommending a cleanser whereas this is a serum.

Unfortunately deliveries outside of the UK are getting crazy high with shipping costs and custom clearance. I got multiple emails regarding the same question in an email, at least all with the story. Now I’m waiting for my refund for a week now. No surprise, deducting my account took less than a day. Sad! Good luck with the future of The Future…

I purchased a trial kit and it took ages to arrive , it was such a small parcel more like a letter it should have arrived in a few days . Also the kit was £10 cheaper on Amazon so very disappointed!

I am still awaiting delivery of my order, sixteen days later...! No idea how long this may take but I am not happy with this. I appreciate that due to Covid restrictions postal delivery is taking longer but I received no update from Face The Future on my order. My item left the UK on December 2nd...no further tracking update available...courier service seems to work much more punctual.
