Product received okay but I was appalled by all the packaging and the fact that a plastic tester of some product I'm not interested in was included. I try really hard to use minimal plastic and all this arrives in the post when all I ordered was one SPF powder. It really did not need all that packaging. In future please ask your customers if they want to try a tester before forcing it on them. This kind of thing is very important to me so I'll be looking to order elsewhere in future.

Hello Sonya, I cannot give a rating until I receive my order! I sent an email regarding order SIMLQWBZM and its whereabouts and have not had a reply from yourselves. The order was placed on 29 June and a further email from you said it was shipped on 30 June. The tracking number you gave for Royal Mail says that they have not received it from yourselves yet?! Where is it and when will it arrive?

I am really sorry for any inconvenience the non-receipt of your parcel has caused. As stated on our website Worldwide deliverys can take anywhere between 3 to 25 working days to arrive. Today is the 14th working day since your parcel was dispatched so please allow a little extra time for the parcel to arrive. I’ve tracked the package via Royal Mails website, and it’s currently listed as "Parcel on route to destination". I can see from the tracking this parcel was dispatched 12 working days ago so please allow a little more time for the parcel to arrive. I’ve tracked the package via the Royal Mail website, and it’s currently listed as "Your item has been received at HELSINKI, Finland". I was not pleased because the last time I placed an order, it was sent via post and that suited me. With this order, it was sent via courier and I ended up paying a fortune for taxes and import duties. I should have been given the choice of how I wanted my parcel to me sent to me. I still have not received my parcel as yet even though I paid for DHL shipping/courier charges.

Worldwide orders that choose Express Delivery can expect their item in 2 - 4 working days with courier. Orders delivered to countries outside of the UK & EU may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). Face the Future has no control over these charges and these are the responsibility of the customer. Quick delivery However , when researching the sun cream further I noted it comes in 3 different shades . When i received the cream it was in the pink shade . This not wearable for my medium/dark skin tone . I am unable To wear it under my makeup or when going out as it leaves a pink caste . It would have been ideal if the shade was listed in the description.

Almost 3 weeks after buying my product, I still don t have it. It is not possible to track online, and DHL doesn't give me any information by phone neither by e-mail.

Thank you for your feedback. European orders generally take between 3 - 20 working days to be delivered, depending on the country and location that the order is being dispatched to. During the current pandemic delivery can be slightly more delayed then usual. I received the item and the box looked like it had been opened. The product wasn’t sealed and when I counted the capsules there was only 53 instead of 60. Very disappointing

As stated on our website our online shop is operating as normal & following government guidelines. However, due to a reduced number of staff & the current global situation, please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders. I placed an order in early April. Got a tracking number a week later and upon tracking, the item is still in UK. Tried to get at the tracking details from my account do not work. The system needs improvement. Hence will wait unknowingly. No reply to any of mail queries. Disappointing.

Still haven't received my delivery unfortunately. I understand the challenging circumstances but rather desperate for my products! Delivery was attempted last Wednesday; was supposed to be re-attempted today, but nothing. Please advise

My sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused by this issue. I can see from the order tracking your order was placed on the 24th of February. Delivery was then attempted on the 25th,27th and 29th of February however failed due to the consignee not being available. Due to the value of your parcel this will need to be signed for. Delivery was very fast. I ordered body cream. Both bottles came not sealed. Wouldn't buy again, because I can't be sure that the products wasn't used.

Individual brands sometimes choose not to seal the inside of there products and just seal the outside and vice verca.
