Hello Elizabeth, We're sorry to hear this. We can see that your order was sent back to us, due to being incorrectly addressed, after 3 delivery attempts were made, to try to locate you. A dispatch email was sent your email address on the 24th November, to allow you to track this. 😔 As Royal Mail did not hear from you in regards to your parcel, it is now safely back with us. Ordered on the 17th of November but it has not arrived. No details to say when either. Disappointing service. Thank you for your reply but your information is wrong. However your delivery has still not arrived and it is now the 23/11/23. This happened to me before so you can understand why I think the service is poor. The details say the parcel is at Edingburgh but with no actual date set. Can you help? I will write on Trustpilot too in the hope of answer.

Service and delivery was good. However, the pot of cream I purchased (Super Facialist Night Cream, Hyarulonic Acid) was not a full pot. I have just started using it and it is already half full! I won't be purchasing from here again because of this reason.

The products are good, took nearly 2 weeks to arrive called to chace up delivery and was told the items we purchased and paid for online was out of stock and they were waiting for a delivery. Once their delivery came they would post out. Not sure why they advertise things online if they don't have stock to fulfil the orders.

I've been shopping for almost 15 years at FTF, everything was ok until a few months ago, when I received a damaged parcel with spilt products which FTF refused to refund/replace for me. My requests have been totally-completely ignored, against my customer rights. I could have taken legal action against FTF, but I wasn't going to waste precious time of my life to keep chasing them for a few pounds. I am shopping somewhere else and suggested my closest friends and social media followers to do the same.

We can see that when this was raised to our Customer Service team, back in April, they liaised directly with the Courier on your behalf, to ensure case was investigated. It was outlined that we would require the damaged item back, in order to assist further, however it was mentioned that the ParcelShop had disposed of Rejuvenated Collagen Shots. Due to this, the team were then unable to take also involve the brand in regards to the issues faced with the packaging. The investigation with Evri was concluded and the team were advise no damage was recorded upon delivery. We can however understand how disappointing this experience had been for you. Normally a very positive experience but not this time. I had a discount code sent with my last order which did not work however I needed my products before I went away so ordered without a code. Paid for priority delivery but had to submit yet another consultation form so products didn't come in time and I have come away without them. So I paid more for products because code didn't work and more for delivery for no reason. Then after I ordered I was sent a discount code. Which is very frustrating.

As we are closed on both Saturday and Sunday, your order was then processed on the 14th August and dispatched with Evri. Delivery was late, said order before 2pm for next day delivery on the Monday. Ordered at 10am came Thursday at 10am , too late for my holiday, very disappointed

App would not let me use my points, neither would website. Both had me going around in circles! Had to complete yet another assessment, yet I’ve used products for years, and the prices have gone up yet again. Actually bought my Environ eye cream on another site for £13 cheaper! Shame as I have used you for years but I refuse to pay that much more for Environ products with you. May not be back, certainly not for Environ products :-(

Hi I haven't received my order, was rung to go through a questionnaire 4 days ago re. product I was ordering. Asked for birth dates and then asked if I might be pregnant! Am aged 59!! Still no sign of the product.

Disappointed about the fact that they lost an offer on their website , without stating that is until stock last. Upon buying the products I was told that the offer was no longer valid as the stock had finished

Delivery wasn't fast but can accept since it is within reasonable time (more than 7 days). Not sure if the date printed on the product is referring to manufacturing date but the date is noted 2019 which seems a bit old. I'm slightly concern whether the product is out of date. I received a sample as a compliment but noted the content has run out.

I ordered a Skinceutical phloretin CF for my pigmentation and they sent me CE instead. I was very disappointed as this cost me all my allowance for the month and for me to return this to you will cost me. I really needed the Phloretin for my bad pigmentation. I will wait and see how you can resolve this for me. Thank you Rita

However, we have investigated from here and can see that it was in fact the SkinCeuticals Double Defence C E Ferulic Kit ordered on the 24th April. Due to this, the item delivered was correct. It took 8 days for this company to dispatch my purchase- not including shipping- and while I don’t expect Amazon 24 hour standards from everyone- 8 days is a bit long to pack something and print shipping labels. Don’t order if you have a short turnaround in mind.

I waited long days before the product has been dispatched (6 days after, 4 working days) so I have to ordered it from different shop (and it arrived before FTF even shipped my parcel). The courier did well, after they received parcel, they delivered it in 2-3 days . Pluses are the parcel was correct with my order, nicely packed and I get present sample sachet, which is nice gesture.

This item arrived broken inside the package which was just a padded envelope. This is now a week later and I am waiting for Face the Future to let me know what is the next step after sending the pictures. Not pleasant as I run out of product and the customer service is slow.

I received an Environ Focus Frown serum, but on receiving it the tamper seal was broken. I have to now send it back, to then be sent to the supplier, before I will be issued a refund or replacement. I think you should be actioning things much quicker than this
