The lady who I spoke with was trying to be helpful, but did not know enough about the products that I was wanting to ask advice about - I know more than she did.
Also, you have been out of stock of the Priori Resurface product and she didn’t have a clue about that product and was recommending products that were completely different in purpose and consistency - i.e. was recommending a cleanser whereas this is a serum.
