I’ve used FTF fir a while and never had a problem. However the test is always how an organisation manages when something goes wrong - as it did when an incorrect product was shipped. The service was poor - refusal to send the correct product until the incorrect one had been received back, had to chase return labels twice, returns form sent to me was blank requiring me to fish about for the original details. A lot of inconvenience for something that was your fault. Very disappointed.
